SuperbDear fellow AVZ shareholders, in these treacherous times where deceit and fraud is among us, it is important to give thanks to Saint Nigel Ferguson. It also is important to remember his gracious most important message to us all that alot of us also seem to have forgotten..

"Don't trust anything you read on social media!"
Now join me in prayer..
"Our Father Nigel, who is in Manono, hallowed be thy name; thy Lithium Mine shall come; thy will be mined; on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our awaited Mining License through MOU. And forgive us our impatience, as we do not forgive Zijin and those other corrupt cunts trying to steal our mine. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from corruption."
Keep faith in the BOD, don't listen to Social Media and MMGA. AVZ are playing a deeper game with the president, they need us to stay calm and not lose our shit. In a few years this will be remembered as a little disturbance in the otherwise fruitious AVZ Manono saga.
Awaiting a company announcement, surely an explanation is warranted for all this. So the MoM has backed the transfer of the exploration permit to Cominiere, who has seemingly reinvigorated the Northern split (though ceding a larger portion). What's the bet Manono Lithium is a new Zijin entity?
Or is this the result of backroom talks and we end up back with the southern portion, and the north is split off to settle our opponents? If that's the case though the MoM's recent communications don't make much sense, though I guess given the licence had been changed to Cominiere already it could be that this extension needed to be in their name. That seems a bit of a stretch though
Too much confusion around all this, but it just feels like a big move is being made, seemingly backed by several arms of government.
C'mon NF - let us know your side of events!
Here's a preview of Monday's (or maybe later it will be whenever the BoD feel like getting round to it) announcement:Agree Roon latest developments by MOM requires an explanation by Management .
Certainly before AGM

This based on?All that money spent renovating the camp of late for nought. Zijin moving in by the end of the week (was my call on Friday). We’re well and truly fucked. I hope our lawyers have their A game. Only way we salvage something of this mess
Just checked the CAMI portal and a company called Manono Lithium have made an application on 19/10/23 for 125 carres of 13359 in the north. This split is not the same size as the previous partition which was 82 carres in the north. The screenshots I took in the last few days did not have this application so it was added last night.

Recognise where RD and CDL are sitting in the above image???
Here's a simple reminder which also clearly references Lake Likushi

And can you spot the purple partition line in the greater 13359 permit that currently has a status of "actif en cours de Cession Partielle"

Personally I'm getting a pretty fucked up vibe from all of this shit
We definitely need a fucking explanation quick smart come Monday fucking morning
What intrigues me is why this new company is taking the north. That's full of mica and hasn't been drilled. Weird Cominiere are holding onto the south where our DFS is. Me thinks a deal has been reluctantly struck by Nigel. If we do have a new power sharing situation the most important question in all of Manono becomes who controls Mpiana Mwanga. Probs just a coincidence that both parties were making it front and centre of social media communications this week. All that money spent renovating the camp of late for nought. Zijin moving in by the end of the week (was my call on Friday). We’re well and truly fucked. I hope our lawyers have their A game. Only way we salvage something of this mess
Based on the power plant being built by Zijin, CK and his mates taking the license in country with the intention of immediately flicking it to Zijin (which they have now done). Zijin moves fast. They will be attempting to gain access to the site this week. Mark my words. They don’t care about arbitration. After all, how are you going to force them to pay any damages for this corruption? This based on?
Using that name of Mr Clean is defamatory hahahahahaPeter Huljich's reputation is so far down the toilet the MMGA boys have changed the order of the nominated directors on their website
Looks like their trying to promote Carrick as the new Mr Clean poster boy for the group

We all know how excellent and clean Carrick's reputation is dealing with mines in developing countries
Excellent relationship with the PNG government while Chairman of RTG Mining

Absolute crooks and liars through and through
Looks like MOU is Dathcom get Roche Dure and mining licence for it but not Carrier De Lest.Have a look at the satellite imagery around 15775 for Manono Lithium

Can MMGA just associate their logo with AVZ? Surely there must be a trademark issue with that?
Looks like MOU is Dathcom get Roche Dure and mining licence for it but not Carrier De Lest.
At this stage a lot of investors would settle for Roche Dure being developed with Cath and existing off takes honoured .
Roche Dure can still easily have a 10 mtpa output.
Would rather this option than going down the courts thatcan take years.
2 years of operation from Roche
would achieve pay back .
Clarification required regarding MOU and shareholders should have a voice in choosing direction .Easy to say would be happy to loose it all but not all retail shareholders are in that financial position ...
Can you please show me we where we were offered a deal of ANY sorts in the last 17 months? So basically we finally agreed to the deal we were offered 17 months and millions of dollars ago.
