Hi @JAG, will this announcement be emailed to all shareholders, as many don’t watch for announcements during the suspension like many here / HC do. Might be useful for keeping ALL shareholders informed, considering the importance of voting this year.

How did they get your contact information?

Was there a decision in the register case in the WA supreme court?

If not they have acquired it through you providing it or illegally

So MMGA already have the register with just snail mail information. Obviously improper purpose wasn't applicable in this case. I guess AVZ will be arguing it isn't obliged to hand over emails as they were provided additionally by shareholders. Doubt we will win that one but at least it stalls them a bit. Anything I receive from these parasites will be immediately burned.

His point is this announcement needs to reach the eyes and ears of those that DONT read TSE, that DONT read HC and that DONT have alerts set up.

Is there a reason point 7 was not included in the ASX announcement as this would draw more eyeballs to this quite damning conduct and would be read more than their website IMO?
