So the persons concerned must comply with the law.
Would assume Comminiere and CAMI would also need to comply with the Mining Act.
Starting with 10% ceded to the government from Comminiere and surface rights on all of 133359.

To be clear: The Mining Code = Legislation = The fucking law.

There are also Mining Regulations that provide procedural guidance to the code. The 2018 version is a 500 page document in French - if anyone wants to take a gander I can post it in the “mining legislation“ thread (if it’s not there already).
