Our suspension is no longer voluntary, I can't imagine this will be the case. Criteria will need to be satisfied.
AVZ are in the drivers seat to when relist, as per announcements

I have a feeling the asx will deliberately be tardy... can't imagine they're happy with the no replies.... could very well drag their feet for lessons purposes..

I’m pretty sure the ASX and it’s listing compliance officers (who I have emailed several times in the past relating to other companies) are sympathetic to AVZ.

Maybe I will email a past contact and find out how long it takes (as I have no idea myself) but I am still aware that even though the short sellers and trolls like boatman, tommy and the klaus jerkoff and zijin stooges have shit themselves because progress is being made and they no doubt have heard about it through their corrupt alliances with Guy Loando Mboyo and Kabemba etc….

Fuck that was a long sentence…. What I meant to say is the trolls are still lurking 👀

So, AVZ are still listed as the headline sponsor for the DRC Battery Metals Forum - Africa.

Also, (not sure if this is already been posted) - but interesting that the speakers page has been updated and includes Paul from Cadastre, Serge from our side, and the MOM (also the CEO of Tantalex, President of CMOC etc etc).

Would have loved to see Nigel there, but at least Serge will be flying the flag I guess. To be honest, Im actually mildly optimistic that we haven't pulled the sponsorship (yet) - not reading too much into this.

As far as I'm aware, the level of sponsorship AVZ have comes with a "CEO interview" whatever that entails. I beleive Neeto on twitter posted the fact sheet that they give out to interested sponsors.

Page updated - MoM DRC not presenting - confirms what we already knew

but she is at DRC Battery Forum. Good to see Serge involved there - positive vibes, and IMO I don't think they will pull sponsorship......

Forget it, not worth trying to explain. I'm not a stupid dumb cunt, and not many have picked up on what was actually happening with that particular case.

So COMINIERE have the 5% back, (yet to see any proof on RCCM of that, but will assume it's there). That will enable them to cede 10% to the STATE as required by THEIR fucking laws when the ML is issued. 8
You are in a fiery mood there Xerof..........I never suggested you were a dumb C..., clearly that is me cause I realised too late that my post about Zijin funding Cominiere and other DRc pollies was not relevant to what you were trying to articulate...

"I wasn't referring to Zijin, they are not shareholders in MMCS, whereas some of the DRC pollies (or ex-pollies) allegedly are"

"and if you believe that some of the people behind MMCS are the very same players AVZ is dealing with in positions of responsibility",

Is that just a hunch on your part ?

If true, massive conflicts of interest, which would result in you being rapped on the knuckles if you were a politician in Australia.

Clearly not so in the DRC.

Fuck i am over all this skull duggery bullshit mate ..............my mind is seriously blown.!!

Antoinette should be speaking at the Battery Metals event seeing how she is the Minister of Mines but Julien Paluku Kahongya who is Minister of Industry took over as official host of the event earlier this year and the Ministry of Mines is the supporting Ministry

Serge is our local representative over there and so should be playing a big role. IMO it's nice to see him being given the opportunity to be the one representing the company at these things. Also helps drive home the point we are partners with the DRC on this, not neo-colonisers like China

I reckon you are on the money, Money.

The ASX did us a massive favour by forcing our suspension. Without it we might be trading now at just a few cents, making a hostile takeover/buyout mere child's play.

In the fullnesss of time we might well hear of a coordinated effort across government agencies (ASX, FIRB, DFAT, Spooks) to help us. My belief is that those agencies recognised both the corrupt and coordinated attacks on us, as well as the strategic importance of the asset, to offer us the protections that we needed in the form of a trading suspension. I'd put money on it.

Na mate. From time to notify the ASX of relisting you are looking around 2-3 weeks, not months.
AVZ are in forced suspension I.e. No longer voluntary ; there's a couple of Re registration and compliance processes they need to wade through ; I've received the information from a couple of individuals with professions in this field ; I'm sure the company would tell you the same if asked.

Be prepared to wait out around another 2 months after news comes through from which the company applies to come back out of suspension

The case of AVZ relisting is not that difficult. I believe the Cosecs are in regular contact with the ASX compliance officers, so a lot of the info ASX require may already have been submitted. The only reason for the forced suspension is AVZ do not want to disclose information that can be used to benefit those who are fucking us over. Once the resolution has been reached, it’s a matter of disclosing all relevant information, ASX being satisfied with it, then notice of date for recommencement of trading advised.
It’s not like other companies who may be needing large capital raises with guarantees to relist, or companies making a large acquisition that maybe considered a change in business or require a Prospectus. Those cases can and do take a few months because of the major change in business direction and may require a new Constitution.
If AVZ have been keeping ASX informed, I think it will be only a few weeks for relisting once all relevant info can be disclosed and announced to the market.

They don't force you to trade because of non compliance, they suspend you... no way we were ever trading when not answering questions... whether that was clever by avz or somewhat discussed with asx, we won't know... but, asx went by the rule book regardless on this

Here's hoping, albeit a week or month longer won't matter to me... but, understand those keen for relisting if they need some cash, feel for those unlucky buggers
