Its not like they have had a lot to do in the past 19 monthsI suspect a supplementary prospectus will be required on re-listing
It does take a little while to prepare
Heard this from someone very reliable on AVZ matters and ASX compliance.
My guess is 6 weeks from ML due to the red tape for ASX compliance
It does not take as long as a full prospectus
The wheels should be in motion with most of the basic requirements drafted.
It will need AVZ Auditors involvement, but I am sure they are across this already.
Two months is a long time.AVZ are in forced suspension I.e. No longer voluntary ; there's a couple of Re registration and compliance processes they need to wade through ; I've received the information from a couple of individuals with professions in this field ; I'm sure the company would tell you the same if asked.
Be prepared to wait out around another 2 months after news comes through from which the company applies to come back out of suspension

Did everyone forget the DRC battery forum where Serge Ngandu sat there with his arms folded, did a pretty bad job of describing the Manono project for lack of key details then the insulted the President?View attachment 43648

Yes I had forgotten thatDid everyone forget the DRC battery forum where Serge Ngandu sat there with his arms folded, did a pretty bad job of describing the Manono project for lack of key details then the insulted the President?
I'll never forget that farcical event when it became clear the DRC have nfi and were way way behind in their aspirations.
Then we ended up in this shitshow with no mention of the event by the DRC government ever since.
Maybe in the last 66 weeks he has brushed up on the business to give a better account of it now?Yes I had forgotten that
But with 66 weeks of excessive drinking due to this ridiculous fucking shitshow I guess there's gonna be a few details that end up sliding....
I have asked mate and been around the traps. IMO , 2 months is a big stretch. Let’s wait and see. First things first.AVZ are in forced suspension I.e. No longer voluntary ; there's a couple of Re registration and compliance processes they need to wade through ; I've received the information from a couple of individuals with professions in this field ; I'm sure the company would tell you the same if asked.

Spot on Chilla! The case of AVZ relisting is not that difficult. I believe the Cosecs are in regular contact with the ASX compliance officers, so a lot of the info ASX require may already have been submitted. The only reason for the forced suspension is AVZ do not want to disclose information that can be used to benefit those who are fucking us over. Once the resolution has been reached, it’s a matter of disclosing all relevant information, ASX being satisfied with it, then notice of date for recommencement of trading advised.
It’s not like other companies who may be needing large capital raises with guarantees to relist, or companies making a large acquisition that maybe considered a change in business or require a Prospectus. Those cases can and do take a few months because of the major change in business direction and may require a new Constitution.
If AVZ have been keeping ASX informed, I think it will be only a few weeks for relisting once all relevant info can be disclosed and announced to the market.
Just beggars belief AVZ is still a sponsor of that event, if indeed AVZ doesnt have a future with the DRC battery metal hub as Cominiere portrays..........from the new updated battery council website.... View attachment 43649
