For the first time in yonks, I decided to flick through HotCrapper & the other stock site Seems like NOTHING HAS CHANGED....... Many/most posters: -still live in the basement of their parent’s home, -still believe in Santa Claus & the Tooth Fairy, -still have no sense of humour, -still believe others owe them a living, -still blame Company Directors for everything that’s going wrong in their lives, -still have no idea on how to enjoy life, -still can’t grasp the concept of risk v’s reward, -still have an extremely low IQ bordering on mor*nic, -still have zero patience with the stock/s they hold, -still hate their own lives, -still have ‘poor me’ self-piteous cognitions and verbal declarations syndrome, -still believe some generic random posts on ‘X’ relate solely to their stock, -still believe a nod is as good as a wink to a blind horse Like most things in life, patience is a virtue & 'good things come to those who wait'. These people obviously forgot who decided to hit the ‘Buy’ button in the first place…..no-one held a gun to their heads. No amount of whinging on stock forums can/will change their situation...... A positive mindset would definitely help It's no wonder so many knowledgeable posters have deserted these stock forums in droves……….who wants one’s mindset bombarded daily with the constant negative low IQ CRAP?

On another note the up coming ICC .
I'm I right to assume that if it is proven Jin Cheng does not have the right to Instigate the ICC arbitration proceedings against AVZI as it is not a shareholder in Dathcom as conclusive evidence shown and proven that the 15% was an illegal sale by Comminiere.
What happens then to the 15% .
Will it revert back to Comminiere or will the state take control ?

Yes agreed, this place can be many things at different times, but, it is without doubt head and shoulders above HC.
Personally I love the the fact I can be laughing at someone's joke one moment and reading the latest info Francks posted the next minute. There is a myriad of great information posted here, good research, thought provoking theories conversed, information that's been archived, but also a mostly jovial atmosphere that I feel is kind of being dismissed in how helpful it has been for people. It's a social forum, we are social creatures, AVZ has been in a shitshow since 2021. I think the criticism and placing of TSE in the same bracket as HC is false, trolls and assholes have tried to hot crapper-ise this forum and have failed miserably.
I am sort of on the side of don't apply everything Deboss says on SM to AVZ. Almost all of his SM posts are nothing to do with AVZ. Anyone who's familiar with the dudes posting style knows that's how he rolls, a bit of mystery every now and again. He's copping a bit of a hard time over nothing really. Its all a bit of a mountain out of a molehill situation imo.
It's all opinions though at the end of the day isn't it. We don't have to all agree all of the time to get along.
AVZ is closing in on finally coming out of suspension, that's our focus here. The whale pics.

According to AVZ whether the sale of the 15% from Cominiere to Jin Cheng was effective will need to be determined in separate proceedings. What that looks like I'm not 100% sure but my guess is we would need to initiate a dispute under Article 11 of the Dathcom JVA at the ICC about whether Article 9 of the JVA was followed during the purported sale. We did begin proceedings to have the sale reversed within the DRC but withdrew our action because it was taking too long.
We have probably been prevented from filing our own claim on this matter at the ICC so far because of the Jin Cheng vs AVZI case. Although the precedent from the current case will make any future hearings on this matter a slam dunk if it goes in our favour especially considering the court is looking at factors like the IGF report.
