It seems that Cong is the only real problem when it comes to our right to 75% ownership now. Even Kiki and Franck have never been clear on that.
This seems to continually fly under the radar while everyone remains focussed on the Zijin issue.

The consensus from the AGM was that Cong doesn't have a leg to stand on, the sale and transfer of $$ was legally tight.

Well, for me the only news over the weekend of any significance and credibility is that MMCS1 have failed to retain 5%. thanks Franck.

Whilst I would like to believe all the news outlined in someones 'further review', I'll believe it when AVZ announce. Too many crying wolves for my liking, and after all, it is the weekend......

then Cominiere has 10% to cede to the government while the 15% around Zijin dispute is resolved.
What is possible if true the ML can be issued to Dathcom tonce the 10% from Cominiere is transferred to the Gov.
Maybe just maybe in time when MOM presents in Australia .

Agreed, so if MMCS are off the table and the whole "Zijin is out" was true, I guess all that is left is for the new CAMI team so calculate the surface rights and for AVZ to come to an agreement with the DRC Gov for the remaining pre-emptive 15%? No more "hard" roadblocks left in the way.

Guess we will see over the next 4 weeks if we get an announcement.
