AVZ Discussion 2022

Winenut

Go AVZ!
Greetings all, I hope all you mad bastards still have or haven't got your sanity. I got busy a while back and didn't get on here for a few days so decided to keep it rolling and take a little mental health/stress break from AVZ to focus on work and life. Also to pretend it didn't even exist in the hope that would cause something to happen... Obviously that didn't change anything...

So for around a month I have put zero effort into keeping up with goings on and I definitely don't intend on reading back through the pages. Lets see if I'm up to speed - Nothings changed, we still may or may not be fucked and the Chinese are still corrupt and trying all angles of bullshit? Hopefully I'm up to speed...

Moral of the story seems to be we, the company and the DRC don't know shit about fuck.

Now time for some Simpsons memes.

Really makes you wonder if they've paid so much in brown paper baggies that they will just never stop in an attempt to recoup some funds?

Here's Zijin Manono strategy team meeting with the DRC brown paper bag committee:

I think we should file potential in a sub category under imminent.

See above about knowing shit about fuck :ROFLMAO:

In other news not related to AVZ I'm off to see Jane's Addiction and The Smashing Pumpkins tonight, when I started writing this post I promised Simpsons meme's but as I started replying I couldn't find as many references as I thought I would so:

Good to see you back Disco!!

Can be hard to stay away from here....

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Have a good one when you see Smashing Pumpkins and Janes Addiction.....I'll be catching them in a week or so when they hit Radelaide! ;)

Cheers!

According to Marius, Nigel isn't in the DRC could he be in Paris for the ICC hearing? It would be great if the the ICC postponement was due to a possible break through.
Why the fuk would 3M or anybody AVZ tell fukhead tommy where Nigel is?

He and his boss Zijin would love to know, but hey none of their business, some will be revealed at the ICC hearing.
Only use the required bullets and some extra for the kill shot, keep some spare for safe keeping.

Tell tommy politely to fuk off and go suk chinese diks, it's the only thing he excels in.

It was Marius who posted that Nigel wasn't in the DRC, that's why I gave the post some credibility. I wouldn't trust anything teabag Tommy posted.

I was surprised at this too. Rather keep cards close to the chest especially with Zijin's mouthpiece.

I was thinking it unusual for that "article" to report about NF's where abouts, and meeting with GL.
It seemed incredibly irrelevant to the "article", like why would he say that?

I began wondering if it was an attempt to get information, in light of the information blackout we are currently in.
Say a bunch of bullshit in hopes you get corrected.

So when MMM told him NF was not in the DRC, I though, "no MMM you fool, that's info he, or they want!".
At least he didn't say where he was I guess.

But it was so random.

I would tell Tommy that Nigel is at an unspecified location.

You know this place "AVZ said it met Minoli Perera, Australia’s ambassador to Zimbabwe, at an unspecified location."

Tommy knows where that is.

Nice one!

I was on the same bill as Smashing Pumpkins at the 1994 Big Day Out here in Adelaide....so officially I'll be seeing them live again almost 30 years later!!!

For the record I've managed to retain more hair than Billy Corgan... :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Oh fuck me!!!

Really!!

The knts who illegally claim to have acquired 15% of the project from Cominiere for $33M instead of the value $150M without AVZ's FROR being enacted and have apparently paid about $1.5-$2M to corrupt DRC ministers and officials in that transaction are crying foul of our consulting fees and arrangements ????????

GO AND GET ABSOLUTELY FUCKED ZIJIN!

*Fyi, The worm has turned means that someone who has previously been downtrodden has triumphed, someone who has previously been unlucky has become lucky, or someone who has previously been obedient has spoken up.

The idea is that someone’s attitude toward another or his strength of conviction has changed.

AVZ and it's investors can only sue the AFR if we suffer damages and can prove that Tommy lowered our reputation resulting in the loss.

It will be extremely difficult to argue that anything Tommy has said would be the reason we don't get the licence if that were to occur. Especially since he only started running his mouth after we wen't into suspension.

Marius and Nigel will defo bitch slap the AFR for personal defamation thou. But it won't matter to Tommy and his editor because they are petulant little cunts that won't personally be held financially responsible.

The AFR would have professional indemnity insurance for its journos

Man, one of my biggest regrets was declining to join my friends for the very first Big Day out in Sydney, way back when, I think '89?
Also Metallica ...and justice for all tour at the Hordern pavillion. Missed that one too.
Lesson learned was... Always do the thing! :D

I've worked somewhere where Directors Insurance covered someone who defrauded a company of several million bucks, so your guess is as good as mine.

Does anyone have any new news on the MMCS outcome.
Must be getting close to final outcome
Cominiere need to transfer 10% to the state ?
Part of ML requirement is that very important percentage.

That may be a large positive because obviously their oversight of their journos continues to be lacking.

Rattling the cage, may make AFR investigate the issue properly.

Who knows, they could take action against Tommy tit-head because the letter a few of us wrote to them had zero impact.

Back in 2007 I was lucky enough to be personally invited by Tom Morello to a private show he was doing to celebrate the release of his first solo The Nightwatchman album 'One Man Revolution' at a tiny bar in LA. His band was Wayne Kramer from MC5 on rhythm guitar, Carl Restivo on bass (He was also in Perry Farrell's side project Satellite Party) and Maynard from Tool occasionally on piano. One of the actors from that movie Road Trip was on drums, still not really sure why. Throughout the night Tom would play 2 or 3 of his songs then bring up some of his friends from the crowd to play a few of their biggest songs. The other artists that performed included Alanis Morissette, Ben Harper, Steve Vai, Disturbed, Alice in Chains with Lars Ulrich on drums and Cypress Hill.

I spent most of the night getting drunk at the bar talking with Lars and Mike Bordin from Faith No More. Also had a good chat with Sen Dog from Cypress Hill for a while and vaguely remember Tom Morello's mum giving me a glass of champagne at one point. Lars easily polished off at least 15 vodka cranberries and when he was leaving he told me he was driving back to San Francisco that night. Forgetting I was talking to the lord of vodka I asked him if he was okay to drive and if he was worried about getting arrested for a DUI. He smiled at me and said 'I never met a cop that wasn't a fan' haha. Easily one of the best nights of my life.

I have been an AVZ holder since 2020 and have been actively following the news here and hope we beat off this bullshit and get the ML soon.

My main course are tech stocks on the ASX. I invest and support AXE (the only Quantum play Australia has to offer).
Tom Richardson, wrote a hit piece on them: https://www.afr.com/markets/equity-...imerix-stoke-meme-stock-fever-20210816-p58j1q
and another which the company responded to as an announcement.

Another, Brainchip, which are one of Australia's leading AI companies. He has also had a go at them: https://www.afr.com/rear-window/brainchip-s-founder-takes-chips-off-the-table-20210628-p584vq
and https://www.afr.com/rear-window/nobody-has-a-clue-what-brainchip-s-worth-20201001-p5613d

This joke is as unAustralian as you can get in the financial world in Australia. Also the AFR as well, who hates upstarts like AVZ, who possibly in the future will threaten the dominance of the ASX20.
