After all this time, we still want to get a new meeting with the president and hope he will help us. Nigel is still not in the DRC.

Marius often talked with the MoP, what didn’t go well. And talked with the MoM and at the moment it looks like this didn’t go as well as hoped.

And now he is jumping in every interview to make the case more public and to increase the pressure of the government. That gives me the taste the negotiations are not going well too.

Can someone tell me what progress did they make the last 10 months with the DRC government? Personally I don’t see many.
Only that we still have no support from the government.

Well not a lawyer or a md of a lithiumco. but I would imagine that being in the same country as the government people of that country that u are negotiating with would probably be a prerequisite. Especially when your only asset is in that country. Anyhow just fuck it off to the highest bidder. Why give a fuck get rid of it and we can all move on. Imo

We can't sell the thing, that we don't have a fucking clue about, and nobody from the top can fill us in on what "it' fucking is and anyway technically the ASX says ....nah....you're fucked and in suspension so you can sit the fuck down, shut up and find a way to take a pineapple up the arse

Thing with me is after I've had my rant, I move on all serene for a week or so then go off again.

If previous experience is anything to go by, you will not miss much and your mental health probably will make a substantial uptick.

The trouble is im not sure these guys able to take it to production imo.that's obviously the problem for Felix as well. Would z , bh , rio , Vale , well any established mining Co have a problem with ml ? Imo probably not. As we all say it's a market dominating resource. And deserves the best mining people probably. Plus I'm a selfish prick and have had a gut full of this cloak and dagger , cone of silence bulshit. No wonder everyone's ( well definitely me) going mad there is absolutely no guidance from our managers ofcause conspiracy theories will thrive. Just sell it get me out. Cheers

Apologies clearly I'm mixing the ownership of Dathcom and AVZ's interest there.... and direct AVZ Minerals shareholders beholden to the ASX and the cone of silence

Well I just watched that video as well. Sounds MM is simply forced to interact with Mop and Mapunde who are still essentially blocking the whole project and sending Mr President bogus reports on AVZ as a speculator. In JFMK's case claiming that AVZ's feasibility study is rubbish. He who rules the mining cadastre on his own for decades despite being sacked.
Mr President asked the MoP to come to a fair resolution half way through last year but she's completely ignored the request and continues to scheme with the other detractors to the absolute detriment of AVZ.

Fuck me dead after 10 months.
What the fuck have management really been up to?

I don't think anybody should be laying off that corrupt hag on social media and the campaign against JFMK should be stepped up imo.

Let's hope Nigel gets a face to face with the President, it's staggering that he hasn't already since mid last year and also apparently couldn't make it to the previous meeting which I think Marius said was in November...
