Interesting to note that Scarpas summation of current events is similar to mine and others, FT is a weak prick who should of stepped in alot earlier and cleaned up the corruption as per the IGF report , but did nothing , now passing over the shit to AVZ to sort out....

I have absolutely zero respect for FT now..............a complete wanker of the highest order !!

The other sobering thought coming out of Scarps post , but not mentioned directly, is he is of the opinion that the current percentage status is AVZ 60%, Cominiere 25% - 15% ( Zijin ) Dathomir 15%, in which to work out a " harmony " deal.

Wow, so AVZ have to look into the eye balls of corrupt Cominiere, corrupt Zijin, corrupt Dathomir aka Cunt Cong, PLUS CATH over a round table to sort out a " harmony deal ".................

1) Won’t act against Adele Kayinda because of her powerful influence within the Catholic community

2) Won’t act against Lukonde because he is needed for Tshisekedi to remain in power

3) Wants to get International investors to invest in the DRC

4) Is ashamed at the fact that State owned Cominiere has been caught acting fraudulently and Adele Kayinda has been exposed for her part in the fraud

5) Desperately wants International investors to participate in the VUKA GROUP organised Mining Week events this year

6) Wants Manono sorted ahead of his election

The approach I am taking is to highlight the illegal activities by Cominiere, Zigin, Adele Kayinda and the DG of CAMI and now the tactics of ACAJ and the Minister of Mines.

You, me and all shareholders can highlight this corruption here, on twitter and everywhere else right up until the election.

Imagine the embarrassment and Red Flags the mining and minerals conference’s run by the VUKA GROUP are producing and what International investors must think…. As a result of shareholders here exposing the truth and corruption that our company has had to deal with.

Other corrupt entities have also been exposed by us, including Simon Cong

At some point Tshisekedi will have to do what is in his own best interest if he hopes to win the election

I'm pissed but I think we need to collectively calm the farm a bit.
Maybe give management a fortnight or so to gather all the detail and give us a response to this situation.
After all it can only go one of two ways and we just don't have enough clarity as it stands.
I'm all for calling out the corruption but keep it more civilised and respectful without direct relation to FT until the worst actually happens. He's not publicly backed us but he's said nothing against us to date either.
Just a thought.

Wasn't the split 13359 lease JFM's suggestion?

Why would he suddenly, after roadblocking the surface rights calculations for 10 months, co-operate in re-establishing the 13359 lease as one unit?

Did the MoM's power over JFM suddenly change?

Can't see that happening quick smart, without JFM getting the boot and that has not happened.

JFM and cohorts will want to drag this out as long as possible, hoping that the result will be that Felix will remove 13359 from AVZ.
Simultaneously feeding the press crap so AVZ becomes one bad taste in Felix's mouth.

They will all get their cuts when AVZ or CATH buy out commiere's 15% for US$150. They are all in this for a bit of extra money and they will all get it through this legal way. And no one gets hurt plus election coming.
I think there is a mutual agreement between all the players and the road blocks will be removed.

Tommy's an absolute flog...everyone knows that AVZ appointed a strategic advisor, that's nothing new, i’d hate to think, where we’d be now without him, sure there's some here who’ve asked wtf is he doing, is he collecting brown bags from all directions; personally fwiw I very highly doubt it, he's well paid by AVZ. If DLA piper gave the go ahead to use him ; the veracity report didn't find any red flags around him; he's a self employed international consultant.....seriously what's Tommys point in the report.
