The sad thing is that he's a 21yo!

Just kidding Rambo...
Hahaha. He’s just turned six. It could have come from a 21 yo, it was like squished 2x4.

Hi Moneybag, keen to hear your thoughts on MoM.

Just starting to go through the pages Charbella, so won't be able to give a proper answer until I get through about the 6 or 7 pages after your post to me.... but at this stage I'm losing interest fast. Too much complaining from what I'm seeing and not enough focus on actually helping AVZ.

If I was going to be blaming anyone for our situation I would be starting to put a greater portion of it on Christian Lukusa (Momentum Attorneys) and Marius Mushagalusa Mihigi.... our Attorney and Strategic Advisor.

Apart from that, I would be putting in the headlines every document that states Cominiere have acted illegally and fraudulently and that their Director General and Technical Director have been charged with these crimes

PS.... It's MoneyBags or just Bags
I like it when people use correct grammar, one day people here will start posting "I should have".... not "I should of"

After all, I started using paragraphs when someone asked me to, it's the little things that make a difference.... But that's just me I guess

Ive made it fairly clear my complete disdain for Felix.

I give it to you 2020 was a right off, but travel exceptions for Business in 2021 was allowed, yes a bit of trouble but thats what he is being remunerated well for.

As for 2022, no excuse, and this appears to be when a lot of AVZ woes began, on the ground in the DRC.

How much time did Nigel spend in 2022 in the DRC? The companies one and only asset is located there.
I believe the hatched job was mainly orchestrated mid 2021, ut happy to be corrected on that.

Imo

Question is can AVZ offer for 15% off Cominiere be a better offer than Zijin.
Yes as Obe pointed out .
AVZ have first right of refusal but will shareholders be privy to the offers being made?

First right of refusal means AVZ should be able to buy at the exact same price offered to Zijin. But the valuation of 33m USD was incorrect according to the DFS completed by AVZ so 150m USD is what the eventual buyer will need to pay at minimum imo

Ideally we could trade so shareholders can decide if they want to stay for the fight or cash in and go.
Don't need this shit show any longer. No matter which hurdle we clear another will be placed in front of us.

Should have learnt previous lessons with WFE (PF1) and KFE (M4M). Africa a no go zone and Chinese simply can't be trusted. China want to have a finger in anything of value or consequence in the World as said by Xi in their 2017 60th anniversary parade speech.

I'm curious to why we're not trading now, at the very least we're owed a new reason as to continued suspension you would think?

I think they could explain pretty easily under the same title of the earlier suspensions that our 'mining and exploration rights' have not yet been finalised so they need continued extension. I mean if anything the rights are even more opaque now i.e., will we have any?

Small thing, but I've noticed in the translations, both of the Ministerial orders end with "is SUPERSEDED and connot produce any effect". Is that simply a translation issue and should read "cancelled" or "null and void", or are we missing something that replaces them?

I’m ok not to be trading now. We opened tomorrow we would see 20c or less easily imo.
Let’s wait a little longer for clarification before we wish all our money away

Nigel is not going to let this trade. This is probably his last chance to milk some serious cash before retiring to the Bahamas.
I now believe this will stay in suspension until Zijin back off. Nigel is going to concede to something they never legally owned, the top shareholders & board will not negotiate ownership. I for one refuse to negotiate with my holding.

Yes, it is not easy, they have in a way told us they want this thing moving along, so they must also show some willingness. We need to force the meeting, much more will get done in one meeting with the right people in the room.

We have been led to belive we are 'close' time and time again, I believe management were of that opinion too, we cant continue on like this with Nigel an Co in Perth and DRC Corrupt actors doing as they wish.

If we get CATH and MOM aswell as Felix and fucking hammer it home, we have a much better chance to force the whole bloody thing through.
Its just not getting done the way we are approaching it at the moment.
Don’t forget Felix is airborne most of the time in his new presidential plane, so he doesn’t have to wear his bullet proof vest, covered with a flack jacket.

If you want to see Felix you have to book with flight centre.

I think 20c is a fair guesstimate.
And at that price, who do you think would be buying?
We'd be fucked.
