Problem with too quick of a flick is it can leave an underwhelming feeling

If we feel around first before we start to flick, we will most likely find the most satisfying result

No guarantees. But I reckon if AVZ management ceded the north then we would get our RD PE surface rights invoice. But it would then only be a matter of time before China controlled the entire tenement imo
I guess Management could just come out and put us straight on that issue . In my communications with them they won't answer the question . I think a lot of punters would just like access to their money regardless . A ML gets issued for RD , we trade and those that want/ need their money get out . What happens with the Chinese after that many could care less . I still expect a TO for RD so wont be AVZ's problem anyway . Nigel can't take SH money to the grave .At some point we must trade regardless of our options .

Avz took CAMI to court. Cami said they lost their calculator as it was in their pocket when they put it in the washing machine, they are trying to dry it out though and hope with new batteries it could be salvaged. The court of snacks bought (no pun intended) this very plausible story and so have given CAMI time required for the drying.

AVZ needs to take them there again, but currently AVZ is very busy enjoying canapes and champagne (on ice) today in the office, Nige may flick a cheeky text message over to Serge in the DRC before his siesta, probably not though because he will be quite tired from all the champagne.

The Simpsons Easter GIF

Please feel free to take a shot at the mantle, its quite therapeutic and of course you shall no doubt have many heads nodding.

*Apologies for the extreme cynicism and sarcasm towards our supreme leader this morning

The calculator needs lithium batteries sourced only from Manono to run, it's a vicious circle jerk of shit fuckery.

Cheers mate . So do you think in the end we are guaranteed a ML once Mupande has sorted his sh1t out or something else happens to/with him ?

It will appear that way for 2 days max then another Mole will pop up. 2 steps forward, 3 steps backwards in the shit show.

It’s great to take a break from being caught up in comments here on a daily basis, but three things that are on my mind this week are

1) Is there going to be another attack by trolls this week?

2) I’m half expecting information, both negative (trolls) and positive related to and ahead of our Quarterly Report due this coming Monday

3) With comments today associated with the possibility of the ML being granted for RD, this map is a good reminder of what we have….

Magnify the maps to get a good grasp of the size of the deposit at RD and the south west section of CDL we have, it’s huge

Yeah but if they do that then it's bye bye Nigel imo

Although he would probably just go back to being on AJN's board so either way he gets the north

I've said here numerous times that we should be trading now

You got a problem with bye bye Nigel ? If it's TO it's bye bye everyone . If not then Nige can weigh up what's more important to him . Kluas is going to flick Nth CDL to the Chinese anyway . imo

AVZ cant decide to relinquish the Northern section of CDL without shareholder approval. Thats because it's an asset of significant intrinsic value to the company and shareholders. That value of CDL is ascribed because the company has stated many times the Resource Target for the whole of PR15339 is 1.5 to 2.0 Billion Tonnes and that CDL is likely equal to or higher in resource than RD. Therefore shareholders would expect CDL to carry a similar or higher valuation than RD does currently, once CDL has had a similar level of exploration and evaluation studies conducted that has been completed on RD to date. For that intrinsic future value to shareholders from a company with one asset, i doubt the major shareholders would approve relinquishing CDL just for a short term fix on RD. The major shareholders have deep pockets and know the value of CDL, they wont be giving in imo just to let Klaus do a quick flip to Zijin. PR15339 needs to be maintained in its whole by Dathcom one way or another, whether that is PE for the whole tenement or PE for RD and PR for CDL. The company says it has written documents from the Mines Dept agreeing to issue PE for RD and renew PR for CDL and that is what i believe they are pursuing as a minimum negotiated way of moving this stalemate forward in the absence of agreement for a PE for 15339 in its entirety.

IMO that was Nige downplaying CDL in case it was lost by AVZ. Of course Nige doesnt lose in that scenario...he actually comes out better off due to his 10% major holding in AJN. There is no information announced by AVZ to say the mica is high in CDL....in fact i think from memory others have reported the supposed mica in CDL is crapola.

My loyalty is to my money. I couldn't give a flying fuck about what happens to Nigel. I do think he is the best person to lead AVZ as it stands but if he has to go to move the project or a potential take over forward then so be it.

Yes there is no chance AJN would mine it. Klaus would flip the north to Zijin as soon as he could. I've said that here before too.

Cheers . This will all depend if AVZ is forced into a corner IMO . If this is still not resolved in the months ahead do we risk a change of government ? Do we play the all or nothing card 4 months out from the election if the RD/sthCDL option is on the table ? Roll the dice with SH money . Not with my money thanks .

Yeah unfortunately us retail holders dont carry enough weight when it comes to pushing the BoD one way or another. The only ones with influence are Mr Pei/ CATL/Yibin, Huayou, Lithium Plus and possibly the Fundys who bought in on the ASX200 requirement for their fund.

Chilla I pretty well agree with all your comments. I think people haven’t had a really good look at the map that shows the section that PE decree was for. Most of the CDL pegmatite is in that section, it’s not in the north eastern portion of 15339.

I could be wrong, I’m putting the map below (again) magnified and showing the portion of CDL that comes under the decree. Having said that, I want to keep the full tenement too and it’s legally ours, but I’m just pointing out how much of the CDL pegmatite is already covered in the section granted. Always good to hear your comments!

Anyone having a guess at what happens on 31st January? Mine is extension until 28 February then who knows.
I am now at the stage of a TO. Would love $5 per share but would take $2. I am over this. I need to trade. The stakes are high but by no means certain. The Chinese, Klaus, Bandits and anyone else you can think of will not be going away.
What's to say even with a ML the law suits don't keep coming which leads to more uncertainty and delay?
Dead set over this. Occupies a lot of my day which it shouldn't and clearly many of you spend a lot of the day on here and HC doing the same.
Not good for your health, certainly not good for your wealth as it stands.

February 28th and a TO please.

Cheers mate. There is a substantial portion of CDL that has been explored in the southern portion as shown in the map. Whilst this is a major resource, it may need to be left for much later years for mining. This is due to the resource being immediately downstream of the Lake Likushi Dam Wall and Spillway, and being sandwiched by the dam wall and the main arterial road. It will likely require diversion of the Likushi River, creation of a new dam wall and reservoir, and rerouting the main roads in order to mine that section with any intensity and depth. All are costly civil works that will take years to develop and only once cashflows are high from mining of RD and onsite processing of PLS. The pegmatites further north need more exploration and are likely the hosts of a significant amount of the exploration target of 1.5 to 2.0 Billion Tonnes. The pegmatite trend continues further north east too as far as i recall and into the 100% AVZ Extension PR. So this northern section of PR15339 does contain significant potential intrinsic value once explored to the same extent as RD if we are to believe the previous company announcements arounf Exploration Target Resource and therefore is a major asset unable to be relinquished without shareholder approval.

Cadastre map still MIA, they are probably still looking for the missing Tantalex Tailings Exploitation Permit.

May be they are realising it is a bit odd to sell an Exploitation Permit in levels, having different mining trucks bumping into each other.
They might have to resort to traffic lights, or a traffic cop.

Can one imaging above ground Tantalex, below ground AVZ.
I wonder who gets the cellar or the fucking penthouse.
