Interestingly LTR's capital intensity for stage one at Kathleen Valley is $US796/t
At the same time AVZ's corresponding capital intensity is $US779/t. There is no significant difference.

However, LTR's Kathleen Valley operation will be underground, which is costly. AVZ's operation on the other hand will commence at surface with little strip. Although LTR can possibly cherry pick and mine the richer spodumene deposits initially, it cannot do it indefinitely. Eventually its cost/t mined must rise. The table is either under stating LTR's capital costs, or over stating AVZ's costs (or both).

What am I missing here?

Surely Momentum lawyers are only working for AVZ.........Momentum working for Cominiere as well would be a conflict of interest, given AVZ have a ICC case with Zijin / Cominiere in April..........one would think

I'd just finished reading announcements dared 9/9 and 20/10, last year, respectively.

This has been such a shit show, I'd ask forgiveness from all for juxtaposing said issues.

Roon, I don't give a fuck if you have negative views of me having a legal background. I merely stated it to show a previous poster I was aware of the timing of court cases etc. This is a public, anonymous forum. I could have stated I was a retired supreme court judge. I didn't, but who could disprove me? What I will say is I've spent about as much time in courts as Roger. Make of that what you will.

Back to my gripes. Regarding the aforementioned announcements. Where do they currently sit? Have I missed something?

Regardless of Momentum's direct involvement in the current hearing, we should be updated and I'd be surprised and concerned, if the firm didn't have a pair of boots attending the hearing.

I'll admit I'd had a couple last night (OK, more than that) and was totally pissed off.

What did we get from Momentum? A fucking prayer. Really? Fuck me.

I've been in since 2016. The more this drags out and I hear nothing of the green bitch being removed, the more I'm leaning to Felix being a complete lame duck and a puppet of the Chinese.

Right now I'd happily take a $1.10 to $1.20 take over.

For all those who yell $3, minimum or $4.50 is all I'd accept, spare me. We haven't turned a sod.

PMT's deposit is located in Quebec, so it will be difficult for the Chinese thieves to bribe their way into that one.

PMT is not required to rebuild degraded infrastructure, or contend with a corrupt-to-the-core government and its equally corrupt Chinese accomplices. Given the Canadian government's policies that support fast-track production of domestic battery materials, PMT may get into production before AVZ.

Fair one mate, cheap shot on my part but you just seemed so convinced and the multiple question marks of the 'are you serious' ticked me off for some reason. I retract said snide comment. Let's all be friends.

I'd also seriously consider a buyout that got us back around our ATH. Too much uncertainty around this deposit at present.

One thing is crazy in the interview with Klaus he say:

So he really say that after his information our actual license (roche dure) have been canceled to make a new deal just a slip of the tongue??And that he is still sure ajn get the manono north license but the progress have nothing to do with a MoM or MoP or cami, in the end the President has the power to decide what to do.
