Last major Ann that was not great for them was late on a Friday from memory. But I’m tempted to fuck up more often if these gifs just keep on giving.

KoBold Metals, a California-based mining startup, is exploring the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) for critical minerals, including lithium:

  • Investment plans

KoBold Metals is close to investing in the DRC, and has already bid on an asset. The company's CEO, Kurt House, says the DRC is likely the best place in the world for the materials they're looking for.
    • Backers
KoBold Metals has backers including Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Richard Branson, Ray Dalio, and BHP Ltd.

Billionaire-backed KoBold Metals widens lithium hunt

Every person in mining and investment in critical minerals around the world knows the AVZ story and none of them apart from AVZ’s genuine shareholders seems to have the guts to call out the corruption.

Thats another reason to stay focused on calling out the corrupt actors involved and support DLA Piper and the company.

Of course shareholders want the BOD to give them information, but if Nigel tells someone that we’ve had meetings overseas and then the DRC MoM comes back with a lie and says we haven’t, what do you expect him to say. He’s trying to remain respectful in the face of it and can’t say too much about it.

The same goes if we had meetings with Ko Bold Metals that were confidential, not much he can say if they are wandering around Camp Colline, but shareholders can call out Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Richard Branson and BHP.

I imagine there’s always something going on behind the scenes, and I imagine the bad actors are all lurking waiting to see what shit they can throw at us ahead of the AGM so personally I’m happy to wait for the next announcement.

In the meantime 👇

👆 Looks like Twitter has removed the tweet above, they really are desperate to silence AVZ shareholders

Twitter once again restricting-limiting my posts so anyone wanting to add this to Twitter go for your life 👇

Replying to @MINES_CD and @kizpaka

Read the horrific reports about Chinese companies in Africa and how @kizpaka is allowing Chinese miners to violate and punish African locals 👇

On the flip side, I don't think it would have been wise for any company representative or shareholder to approach Cami in person with the current legal proceedings.
There's only downside risk to that situation IMO.

Well all this reading does besides giving me a headache is its educated me where to invest next time , I can't believe any western company in its right mind would go to the DRC no matter how rich the minerals are , I don't see the AGM giving us answers as I still think it will be compromised at the last minute by the un Australian low life seeking a dollar from their Chinese masters what a fuc$%n sell out . Thanks to Dave ,Carlos , Beisha etc for down to earth info , geo lets see what you got without compromising things

If I knew this was on I would have tried to attend , many people in Australia know but choose to turn a blind eye because they have not not been fucked over by ( I'm going to be nice now ) the beautiful people from a Chinese company and the honest government of the DRC remember it Friday people

There might have been some risk if the Newcastle boys I went to school with were there Mr Tones (some in this film clip) 👇

Hope you enjoyed that bit of classic rock, back in the days when you could go and see a great band at a pub

Here’s a bit of extra footage from a documentary on the riot for any historians out there 👇

And here’s the latest bullshit interview from mills Tshibangu spreading disinformation on YouTube 👇

C'mon @geo_au . Spill the beans .
Naughty and some what risky of me I know to assume anything positive is about to be announced by Nige, however, let's go with the pric.s are here in AUS and KoBold 'Kurts mob' are crawling over 13359 finalising a TO, the USA will build a transport corridor to ship the lith and to guarantee no probs of supply.. a flat top complete with a squadron of f35's fully armed will be over seeing this activity, (geo can you confirm this was your game changer? if so ♥️ it, 😉) also how much can we expect? $2 bucks per! and of course we will then sign off on Nigel's PS! but short of this 👎 PS and sal combined need to be at no more than 100k.
Just some random thoughts nothing more, bonus thou it is Friday, probably a bit early for humour 😊

Well.......given you don't seem to know what day it is, I will take your speculation with a grain of salt. But you're not even close - $12, and CAMI personnel are just cardboard cut-outs

Kobold thing is interesting. Assuming you can believe anything on social media nowadays, it seems like Kobold 1) has been to Manolo 2) has publically stated it is looking at assets in DRC including lithium and has made a bid for one resource 3) is a USA company and 4) seems to be backed by some deep pockets.

In light of the current legal proceedings, I doubt a US domiciled company would go looking at the resource or core library unless AVZ had given the green light. Nor are they going to collude with the DRC to steal the resource when they know there's an extremely high chance the various legal actions will find in favour of AVZ. You could conclude the only reason they are looking is they are considering buying AVZ out?
Kobold's public statement lends support to that, as does the recent talk of the USA paying for transport routes etc out of the DRC. And if the chatter about Kobold's backers is correct they would have the cash and clout to make it happen.

Plus Geo's teasers about good news.

Perhaps a deal such as Kobold buys out Roche Dure, Zijin get the North, DRC are off the hook with potential damages from the various court cases and AVZ shareholders get some cash from Kobold and get the hell out of the DRC.

Anyway, all pure speculation and I have no actual clue. Lets see. And if it is true will AVZ shareholders be screwed over anyway by a very low takeover price? (Beggars cant be choosers, bird in the hand, it'll be tied up in court for years, something is better than nothing and all that.)

It's equally possible the corrupt players in the DRC are trying to screw over AVZ again and/or that the entire Kobald thing is a fantasy.

I’m told avz desperately tried to stop Kobold going on site and tried to serve them papers in the airport which cominiere thugs wouldn’t allow them to.

Way more likely they are preying on our carcass now and are not happy they were so badly found out. Hopefully find out soon enough
