We last hit a low of 14.5 cents in Oct'23 so its odds on that most recent long traders selling via stop losses would have well and truly occurred by or before now.
So it leaves shorters.
Some traders may take a long punt on a bounce at long term support from here.

Yeah we are all watching, Sean.

Frankly we currently make the Hindenburg disaster look like a wellness retreat with complimentary parachutes.

seeds have the potential to become trees.
There are many people who believe Sean has to go, and that opinion should be acknowledged. But what I keep asking myself is whether those people have actually thought through what comes next. Do they really think the next CEO will start shaking contracts out of thin air from day one?

Do they also believe that capable CEOs for a company working with such a specialized and new technology are growing on trees? In this segment, there may be a handful of people worldwide who could realistically move the needle — and those individuals are in high demand. The cost to attract and retain them is high.

It’s also not like these people are lining up and knocking on our door. Most of them already have experience in profitable corporations. Or are we seriously suggesting hiring someone who just finished their computer science degree?

This isn’t like replacing a bakery clerk.

On top of that, a newly negotiated CEO contract would likely not satisfy the same people who are now calling for Sean’s removal — especially if the new CEO cannot show tangible results within two weeks.

In my opinion, replacing the CEO would set the company back 1–2 years. Internally, the gears would slow down or stop. Nobody knows what that would mean for ongoing development and the roadmap.
These are all factors that should be considered.

Personally, I believe Sean and the whole team are doing a lot behind the scenes, and the pressure on them (especially to Sean) is extremely high. Our own naivety and misjudgment of the market should not be reframed as a CEO failure. Our expectations were wrong — and perhaps still are.

Just my opinion.
Good luck to everyone.

I totally agree with you!

I think everyone who is invested in brainchip wants the best for the company and want to see it succeed.

The question is, what is-the right strategy for the company to achieve this? Personally I belive choosing a different CEO at this stage would likely kill our company, or at the very least kill all momentum Sean has built internally and set us back even further.

The other thing to consider is the roadmap. We all want to see revenue, but where are we on the Roadmap, and what timeframe did Sean give us to achieve these things. I believe gave us 5 years strategy, so I think we have to allow him 5 years to be able to judge his leadership against himself.

I have a good feeling about this year, and I believe we are on track to see some deals signed this year and revenue continuing on from there. How do i know? Magic 8 ballšŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļø

I am frustrated like may on here, but despite the painful wait, i am getting ever so slightly optimistic again.

Hi TTM,

The ASX has no way of evaluating not just the potential, but the very real technical advantages of Akida/TENNs. PvdM's original revolutionary concept of a silicon SNN, itself a worldbeater, has been improved on by TENNs. Chris Eliasmith (ABR_) applied converging orthogonal polynomials (don't ask me!) in software (genius). Rudy and Olivier implemented it in silicon - again pure genius.

Implementing these functions in silicon is much more energy efficient and has much lower latency.

Added to this is the fact that TENNs can operate on smaller models using small MACs (4*4 or 8*8) compared with 16*16 or 32*32, further improving power efficiency. I'm assuming we still also have the N-of-M input (activation) compression from Akida 1.

All these concepts are, of course, second nature to your average Australian day-trader.

It is usual for pre-revenue mineral explorers to be valued on their potential as determined from the drill assays, measured/indicated/inferred.

Given the virtually unlimited future market for AI processors, BRN's "measured" potential could be estimated by comparison with the technical comparison with competitors. At the edge, going on what we know of the competition, Akida/TENNs would appear to be at the top of the pile on the crucial metrics of power consumption, latency and accuracy.

I guess there is some tradeoff between accuracy (bit count) and power efficiency, and that is why we are building a protfolio of products:
pico for ultra-low power,
the 4-bit 1500 for very low power,
the 8-bit Akida 2 for greater precision,
the 16/32 bit Akida 3 for very high precision,
the 32 bit GenAI for "language models" .

We have been forced to develop this portfolio as the market began to realize what it needed from AI.

The market awakening to its needs only began a couple of years ago, so our advances on the technical front have been nothing short of astounding.

In this rapidly evolving market, the marketers have had their work cut out for them, as the customers awoke to their expanding AI needs.

This has left BRN with a lack of viable income in the short term during the market evolution, but when they get to their destination, they'll find us there ready and waiting.
Agree and for long termers its really all about the growth in the Neuromorphic Edge AI industry. As growth continues BRN as the leader will grow with it. There is no doubt BRN is keeping its tech relevant and its just a matter of time for us.
At the moment we just have to wait until the flow in the pipeline starts falling out the end. Some of those earlier partnerships must be getting close.
In any case our business value based on patents/tech, ecosystem, the pipeline including Parsons, Bascom Hunter, Onsor, RTX, MetaGuard-RT, Nex Novus and industry growth will be our safety net.

Another BrainChip-related comment by Michael Liubchenko, AI/ML CyberSec Advisor for The Spartan AI.

The Spartan AI is, by the way, a different company from Spartan Group Consulting, which our CDO Jonathan Tapson thanked on LinkedIn for their ā€œorganizational and logistic supportā€ surrounding his July 2025 trip to and around Washington, DC.

It goes without saying, though, that all the validation of BrainChip’s tech alone will not bring about the much-needed revenue…

Regardless of what people may think will or won't happen, regardless of dots being joined, regardless of all the research that's been done here, regardless of the undoubted future of Akida, the board, and in particular the CEO, have turned investor reations in BRN into a complete shambles, if not a joke. Sean has about as much credibility left as does the current Liberal Party.
How can any of us now beleive a single thing that comes out of his mouth. How can we believe anything that comes collectively from the board. How can any of us have any confidence in our future. If Sean spits out any more dribble I think I'll vomit. What rubbish will he spew out to try and save himself and his greedy little mates at the next AGM.
Message for you Sean, the only thing that could give yu any credibility is to, for once, tell the truth. Tell it as it is so we can make informed decissions. No more inuendo or dichotomouus catch phrases. FFS, I've had enough. Wake up or piss off.

Why don’t you try and fleece some other poor sods who actually have some money?

None of us can afford to rub 2 cents together, let alone buy any Bitcoin because we are all busted-ar$e and stone-cold broke. Have you looked at our share price? Sheesh!

Can you spot me $20 and I’ll pay you back next week, pinky promise?
