AVZ Minerals Limited filed its Annual on Feb 05, 2025 for the period ending Jun 30, 2024.

In this report its auditor, Hall Chadwick, gave an unqualified opinion expressing doubt that the company can continue as a going concern.

AVZ’s board ordered DLA Piper’s review on June 2 after being alarmed by Mr Ferguson’s authorisation of the “base” $US1 million cash payment and proposal to offer an additional $US5 million in cash and shares as a “success” fee to Mr Mihigo if he helped AVZ successfully obtain a mining licence.


By June 22, DLA Piper advised AVZ’s board to reject the plan to offer an additional $US5 million to Mr Mihigo, with a conclusion Mr Mihigo was acceptable as a consultant after ordering a specialist risk assessment. DLA Piper also recommended the $US1 million cash payment to Mr Mihigo is properly documented.

My first post here - a little awkward - & without pissing in pockets, may I say that for so long & especially in our darkest times, TSE posters have led the charge making & breaking AVZ news. TSE used to be home to AVZ’s best & brightest - plenty still flying the flag, but plenty more have dropped off.

Trolls have always been about, but lately this place has sadly been dragged into the gutter by the likes of Lenny & his mongrel dog mates. Hope this place can work its way back to somewhere near what it used to be, without being clogged up by crypto poop & Lenny’s preschool level word salads.

Just checked into HC & saw your post there - can’t give you any more than “trust me I’m me” for now because I’m suspended till the 2nd for calling Lenny out for the shit for brains he is. I won’t trouble Wino for now. Would be nice to know what you blokes probably have a bit of inside running on, but I’ll kick back for now safe in the thinking that things are tracking as they seem.
