And if what is 'supposedly' going to be offered.......? is simply theft, of a once-in-a-lifetime golden ticket, lost to the true and only proper owners of pe13359.
Of course, if we get a value inline with what AVZ's true flagship is worth, then yes, I will eat humble pie and be grateful, but until that happens I WONT.

I’m not sure they do need to acknowledge it. Seems to me this is a high level arrangement, which will circumvent the Mining code in some fashion. Kobold will be paying us to fuck off, and probably doing the same for Cominiere too, in this particular situation only. I don’t know. I never said AVZ had to pay Cominiere. Recall Cominiere think they hold 100% of RD (the truncated 13359 according to CAMI ) at the moment

KoBold in the Congo: More Confusion Near Manono​

KoBold Metals dropped a bombshell this week that might have raised the blood pressure of some AVZ shareholders.

The billion-dollar US startup (backed by big names like Breakthrough Energy Ventures) announced a $150 million exploration deal in the DRC. The problem is it’s with Cominière, the same state-run entity that’s at the centre of AVZ’s legal dispute over Manono.

For context, AVZ shareholders have endured years of uncertainty since trading was suspended in May 2022. The company is pursuing international arbitration against the DRC through the World Bank-backed ICSID framework, claiming unlawful seizure of its 75% stake in what’s considered one of the world’s largest hard rock lithium deposits.

1. Presumably Kobold offer AVZ a payout to close our claims and hand over our data/BFS saving face for the DRC confirming their argument that Dathcom lost rights to PR13359. Therefore, the DRC should have no say regarding the payout figure nor should it be based on a percentage of ownership of Dathcom, it's simply a $ figure based on what we're willing to accept to piss off.

2. Independently Kobold will do a seperate deal for JV over PR13359 with DRC/Cominere, maybe $70m donation , and circumvent the exploration process by using our data. Mining license expedited only due to AVZ's background work on the tenement.

3. Dathomir and Zinjin claims against AVZ become irrelevant as Dathcom owns nothing?.... maybe they could open ICC cases against Kobold/DRC

4. Given the first two points.... why should we settle for anything less than US$10b, if not for AVZ's exceptional work the value of Manono may have never been realised or have been entirely stolen by Chinese. Kobold & DRC are therefore both up shit creek if we don't give up our claims or sell on data. A ICSID claim against Kobold, if they do a deal without paying us out, could be significantly more fruitful in the long term.

people/entities from US are very keen. Let's not forget the Saudis and even
