I'd just like to throw my hat in the ring and offer an opinion on what the latest announcement means.






I still have no fucking clue what is actually going on or what the outcome is going to be .

Kabila (supposedly M23 backer), the previous thief who is behind Dathomir, educated and trained in China and living in South Africa, lost yesterday his immunity in the DRC senate.
The same day the boss of South Africa gets a dressing down from the Don and after makes nice piccies with all to see.
The same day we see an announcement that the ICSID proceedings have after consultation with both parties be pushed back by about a month.

Is it all part of the puzzle? Will Kabila be asked to POQ out of South Africa?

Who knows, lots of things happening.

Could ot be that the DRC has proposed to suspend it and are awaiting AVZ agreement?

Someone posted the fine print a few pages ago on the procedure for suspension.

Both parties have to agree to suspend, both have agreed, and their agreement has been advised to ISCID, who updated the website, "....suspended......pursuant to their agreement"

I already told my wife that because the golden boy, Donald Trump, likes big announcements ... when the DRC and Rwanda peace agreement is announced in the Oval Office in front of the world's media, the deal for Kobold and a mining partner (maybe Rio) to buy the Manano rights from AVZ will be announced simultaneously. Then he will add ... nobody does deals in Africa like me, I am the best deal maker for Africa. And the fortunate thing for AVZ ... he is right, and if not then I will be in big trouble at home.

Great article to read up about the local people and what they think of ZIJIN and the ongoing mining with no benefit for the local population..
If AVZ would have got their mining licence in time... it would have been a totally different picture and the population would benefit and treated well...
Here is what AVZ offered and most probably as well delivered..

ZIJIN didn't do even any studies..No DFS, No BFS, No Environmental studies, no local improvement....Only BS...fuck ZIJIN..
May be ZIJIN should be banned from mining in the DRC...Only bad stories out of the ZIJIN camp...
May be Trumpy can swing it....

The Peace treaty between DRC and Rwanda is "LOOKING VERY GOOD"

The signing of the peace treaty will be the basic prerequisite for AVZ's next steps.
Hence the postponement. The decision is near!

I would not be surprised if someone in the White House has called someone in Paris to make sure the right outcome was achieved.

On a minor point, the ICSID is an arm of the World Bank based in NY city. The bank is being targeted by the US Treasury to return to their core mandate after straying into climate and DEI bs. So the White House definitely has their attention right now lol.

Otherwise your synopsis is entirely plausible.
