AVZ Discussion 2022

No way. Ya absolutely delusional if you think being homely and nice will make any difference.

Grow up man
Actually @Stockinvesting, delusional is thinking it’s a good idea to point out the corruption in the DRC and make inflammatory accusations publicly. Why would anyone want to do business in a country where corruption is being highlighted daily.

That aside, word on the street/grapevine is that the corruption posts on X are being discussed in Washington and it is taking precious time and effort away from progressing a deal.

Personally, I agree 100% with Jens. If a fat boy comes down under to Aussie land, I would like to give him a warm welcome and invite him over for a friendly family BBQ, to meet my favourite little friend, bbb&b ;).
View attachment 83690 We could play hide & seek, he gets to hide and hold onto the ball, I close my eyes and count to 10 and see if I can find him, and if I can then I show him just how much I care.... :devilish: ps don't forget to bring your scrawny little mate with you.

Of course I'm joking, come on down, we will pop a shrimp on the barrrbie, :ninja: it will be great.

It isn't really our fault if those criminals are insulted by us pointing out what they've done.
They're thin skinned crooks and traitors of the DRC. Everyone should go and lay into the on X really and not let up until we get our money.
I've rarely seen an 'insult' there, only facts.

I think that if the board who are in negotiations are relaying that the posts are not helpful, and an independent source (August) is saying it's not helpful, then it's probably best to listen. But obviously there are many shareholders who know better, cause in the past "nothing changed when we stopped". Never mind the budding DRC/USA security and minerals deal, or the reports about a potential buyout and "adequate compensation" to AVZ, the board who are in the negotiations don't know what's best for the company as well SHs on X.
Yes the corruption is disgusting and they are criminals, but if multiple sources are saying the posts are not helping then they're probably not helping.

This!

Absolutely concur with this thinking.

Any existing motivations (greed, self-preservation, strategic access to minerals, fear, corruption) will far outweigh what we plebs put on the internet.
I also think Jens' sense of importance and connectedness is well overstated. He is wrong far more often than he is correct.

I don't post insults on X, but to think the US Government, DRC etc are going to change getting what they want because of a few insults from people they consider nobodies is fanciful. They don't respect us or GAF about our opinions.

Stopping insults can't hurt, but let's not pretend they care what we think.

Not a fucking chance.
You are a great contributor to this forum and I see your point. But please just lay low for a little while. When this is sorted you can continue exposing Celestine and his friends when we have gotten our investments back.

If Nigel and the team want you to stop posting, you should listen! Don’t want to make their job harder than it already is!

I bought shares of a public company back in 2017.
I'm loyal to my investment and the company I'm part of.
I'll support ICC and ICSID court cases.

That is the message.

If you want your money then you will need a President decree granting AVZ a mining licence.
only 1 person can do that before court arbitration commences in less than 30 days .
Let him save face and us shareholders get a take over.
Why aggravate and risk further delays and complication .
After 3 years close to finalising this mess I would be co operating .
After takeover done and dusted there will be time to post on X .
ALL IMO

And the lack of a minig licence would be caused by everyday shareholders posting on social media?
That's funny, especially if it's true!
ICSID will put the squeeze on the corrupted fucks and if they make a deal they'll have to swallow the truths that they perceive as insults. In the meantime I'm sure they haven't forgotten the thousands of previous 'insults' though.

However I will stop posting on x so all the nervous nellies don't have to endure further anxiety.

What’s kept us in the fight this long is the shareholders fighting on social media here and twitter and DLA Piper.

The DRC is desperate for US aid and KoBold is desperate for Manono, yet they are all still trying to screw us and protect the corrupt people who have been involved from the start.

You can bet Tshisekedi is protecting the various people involved including the Mines Ministers involved (Antoinette N’Samba even got a job promotion and the current MoM has lied his arse off) as well as Celestin Kibeya, Lisette Kabanga and others.

There’s plenty of evidence of the corruption and when shareholders laid off posting it last time it just empowered the corrupt.

Twitter keeps trying to block me but I’ve posted plenty of info on Kibeya and his corruption and I nearly always include the US Treasury department in on those tweets.

On one side of the coin I can see why they are all trying to sweep the corruption under the mat, on the other side of the coin, when the fuck did that ever help anyone.

AVZ is finally in the strongest position it’s been in since the DRC first tried to screw us. ICC and ICSID rulings in our favour, CATH even giving us US$20million just to keep fighting. How many here need to be reminded KoBold and others in the US all turned their backs on us when we were looking for litigation funding.

If the US wants the DRC’s copper, cobalt and other critical minerals (not just lithium) and want there businesses investing then clean up the corrupt shit first. It nearly looks like the US and DRC are making a desperate attempt to play chicken with us.

Here’s some links on the corruption and other information for anyone who wants to use it 👇

If you are smart, you will know the answer.
