TROLLS LIVE IN BASEMENTS WITH THEIR MUMS
@M.Bison I believe you are referring to what I have attached below

I did look into it and I think the particular person involved may try and cover himself by referring to a valuation that came out a few years ago by a chartered valuer. I believe the valuations were selling for about $5k a pop at the time, and the valuation at the time was well above what was offered in the situation you are referring to.

Here’s some information on what took place regarding the purchasing of AVZ shares for $0.01 👇

Emails were sent to institutional and sophisticated investors but I also believe there were a number of unsolicited offers targeting investors

The first email offer stated to shareholders there was a takeover offer. The second email offer stated to shareholders there was a buyback.

Both offers involved Resource Capital Investments.

Then the emails read “Resource Capital Investments acting as Trustee for Resource Investments Trust are offering to buy your shares”

Shareholders were on to these quickly and shared this information 👇

Member Direct alert: AVZ.AU Takeover

Dear xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
As you hold shares in AVZ Minerals Limited - Delisted (AVZ.AU), you are able to participate in the recently announced Takeover. This is an elective Corporate Action, meaning you don't need to do anything if you don't want to.
Key details:
  • Record date: 28/06/2024
  • Member Direct election cut-off: 01/07/2024
Record date
Your entitlement to participate will be based on your shareholding on the record date of 28/06/2024 and visible in your portfolio holdings from that date. Please consider this if you intend to buy or sell shares in AVZ.AU before then as it may affect your Takeover entitlement.
Member Direct election cut-off
Please submit your election through Member Direct if you wish to participate. The final date for submitting your decision is 01/07/2024. This is earlier than if you held these shares outside of Member Direct as we need time to process elections for all members and submit them to the registrar.

More attempts to acquire AVZ shares👇

An investor from Hong Kong who bought shares via Zhongtai International Securities received below “AVZ Minerals has announced that shareholders may accept the conditional offer….” LET US BE CLEAR - AVZ recommends you do not sell

IMG_7269.jpeg

Resource Capital Investments PTY LTD made several offers to acquire shares in AVZ Minerals and once again used Alliance Advisors to advise shareholders.

Resource Capital Investments PTY LTD was registered two weeks before the “Takeover” and “Buyback” share offers were emailed to shareholders.

Prior to acquiring shares in AVZ Minerals, Resource Capital Investments Pty Ltd claimed it was “OF THE OPINION THAT NO SIGNIFICANT VALUE CAN CURRENTLY BE PLACED ON AVZ SHARES”

THE OFFER WAS ALSO CLAIMED TO BE CURRENTLY THE ONLY (AND HIGHEST) FORMAL OFFER TO ALL AVZ INSTITUTIONAL SHAREHOLDERS

One purchase offer made by RSI, emailed from:
elections.apac.st@ig.com.au was immediately followed a similar email from elections.apac.st@ig.com.au that falsely stated AVZ Minerals made the same offer.

At the same time, Zhongtai International Securities Limited (XINU Capital Ltd) also sent emails to shareholders and additionally sent out a statement alleging “AVZ MINERALS LIMITED has announced that shareholders may accept the conditional cash offer at the cash offer price AUD0.0100”. This statement was also said to be false by AVZ Minerals

Anyway let’s enjoy our wins in Arbitration and the current reports that Trump may be supporting our cause for now and worry about seeking retribution on the various stooges when the time comes

That's really interesting info

Particularly this

The address for Resource Capital Investments (who appears to have potentially made an illegal and unscrupulous unsolicted offer to some of AVZ's shareholders for their shares) as far as I know is exactly the same address as RTG Mining of which Michael Carrick is the Chairman

To remind Carrick was the front man and a lead instigator and participant in the whole MMGA affair which viciously sided with foreign elements (some I believe linked to illegal activities and bribery and corruption) to overthrow the AVZ Board and gain control of the Manono project

IMO Carrick, the whole MMGA group and all their associates need to be heavily scrutinized and investigated by the authorities with regard to these matters.

I suspect a deep investigation into personal finances, money trails, payments, bank accounts, business activities, associations, sources of funds, sources of payments for expenses etc etc could potentially reveal criminal dealings, corporate and personal corruption, some very dark activities that were not in Australia's or the AVZ shareholder's interest and in fact very much aligned to significant foreign objectives and motivated by massive personal gain

These activities were ulitmately of a very significant scale when you consider the "billions" of dollars of value in the Manono project and the undeniable relationship to the worldwide control of strategic and critical minerals

These anti-Australian and potentially corrupt and illegal activities should absolutely be too big for the appropriate authories to ignore IMO

That shit-eating rent-seeker Cong Ma may be in a world of pain:
  • His $US20m held in escrow at Rawbank mysteriously vanished,
  • Zijin Mining is building a mine on a proportion of his 'reclaimed' 15% of Dathcom,
  • His accomplice, Cominiere got bitch-slapped (again) by the ICC, and is in the hole to the tune of 39m euros plus interest,
  • AVZ looks increasingly likely to win its claims at both ICC and ICSID arbitrations (if they proceed to completion), including the ICC arbitration about Cominiere's breach of the Dathcom JV, which affects Cong, and
  • the ultimate ignominy, Felix may do a deal with the USA that ultimately sees AVZ retain 75% of something and a mining licence, which cuts Cong out of the game entirely.
I feel sorry for the poor man. He just made an error of judgement, and is clearly a model citizen and a pillar of the community.

I must say. The irony isn't lost on me, where carrot stock tried to use Trump's slogan, make manono great again, and Trump has turned around in support of AVZ now.

Time for, MAKE AVZ GREAT AGAIN

Re: Red Penny's response to my request for information:

In late 2023 and in mid-2024, I wrote to senator the hon Penny Wong, Minister for Foreign Affairs about the scope of government assistance provided to AVZ Minerals by the Australian Government.

I received no response to the first request, and an auto-reply to the second saying, amongst other things that her priority in responding is to her South Australian constituents.

On 17 March 2025, I again wrote to senator Wong about the same issue. Unfortunately her response was another auto-reply.

The senator clearly has no intention of providing a meaningful response, which is disappointing since AVZ is an Australian company with >20,000 shareholders and a globally significant resource. It seems that the USA is providing more assistance than our own government...albeit from a position of self-interest.

While the federal government bleats endlessly about the role of new-age materials in combating climate change, and invests $AU$1 billion of taxpayers money competing head-to-head with the Chinese in developing solar panels where the Chinese have scale and technological superiority...it cannot provide any support to AVZ, which is fighting a David and Golliath battle against DRC and Chinese entities determined to steal its resource.

With a federal election about to be called, and with polls suggesting a very close election, you would expect senator Wong to be more politically savy. She should be cultivating votes and shoring up support, rather than pissing off voters.

It's a slow day.

Cheers
F
