He's retired, so needs to fund that, but odd he would sell almost 15 million shares, for another ~3.8 million to do it..

Almost half, sold at an average price of 26 cents, is a poor return, for the years he has put in, considering the other ~15 million were sold at an average of 72.5 cents in 2022..

Not sure what he did with almost 11 million dollars in 2 and a bit years, to necessitate the recent sales..

Maybe he made some bad investments or the Lifestyle he acquired, is more expensive than he thought?
If he is working on something new in th background? People like him can’t really retire

One thing I'm curious about with this application, is that the "glasses" themselves, don't seem to have anything to do with the "Tech" and are just "holding" the dry electrodes?..

Fine if you actually wear glasses, but it seems to me, that there might be a better and less "obtrusive" way of mounting them?..
I think they would want to maximize the distance between the 4 electrodes to get better location of the "warning" spikes, so earpods wouldn't do.

Probably measuring the amplitude of the received spikes at each electrode to locate the neurons that are firing. Of course, neurons are firing all the time, so the model would have the locations and frequency pattern of the firing of warning neurons, or maybe they only need to capture the firing pattern.

This is the sort of thing that the company NEEDS to explain. Anil is one of the founders and his (partyial) exit might spook the market. Alternatively it could be the first step in a takeover or strategic investment. Or he could have a personal or family reason. See what I mean? The board really needs to explain what's going on here..................
Why does he need to explain why he sold? His shares, so he can do with them whatever he wants.

Buy new glasses, a new car, whatever he fancy.

Didn't E. Musk sell lots of T shares to buy "X" without asking anyone?

If it's something people are Living with, they could just implant the electrodes and Bluetooth them to the rest?

But that's probably getting ahead of things..

The best place to put sensors for an EEG reading without an implant is either on the forehead, the back of the skull, or above the ears. I think the forehead would be the least practical place to put it. The back of the skull might work with something like a baseball cap, but hats aren't necessarily socially acceptable in all situations. Glasses with sensors above the ears seem like the most practical and unobtrusive design.

I’d happily wear a pair of glasses if I had uncontrolled epilepsy, and the glasses would give me an hours warning before I had a seizure.
How else would you mount the sensors apart from maybe a head band?

I suppose none of us will ever know what Anil's actual circumstances are and I'm pretty sure it's not our place to pry or judge.

For all we know he might have health issues and this may have created a necessity.

Suffice to say, I hope Anil is in good health. I don't believe it changes the fundamentals of the company. Today's news about Onsor and their new technology, NEXA, took me buy surprise. And the more I think about it, the more impressed I am. This news / achievement is bigger than most of us recognise at this point in time, I believe.

The technology is capable of predicting an epileptic seizure and hour before it happens! We have yet to delve into how it can do this and what the possibilities are for this kind of technology totally transform so many other areas of healthcare.

I wonder how many more companies are out there doing innovative stuff like this, with a view to announcing it, only for it to take us all by complete surprise, like it did this morning!

Don't bother asking for explanation. Tony is a sleep as usual.
See you at the AGM.

Yeah it's none of our business really and it seems more like something that was "forced" due to situation, as it's not an ideal outcome.

I don't think it reflects at all, on the Future prospects of this Company.

Other than actually implanting the electrodes, you could have some "system" that uses implanted attachment points.

I thought maybe magnetic?
But that would probably interfere with things..

Maybe people will have the option?

Calm down. They have less than 50 employees. Yes, there's potential scope for large sales but there's a way to go yet.

IN saying that, what a fantastic use case and shows the potential reach of our product!

Anil selling This all explains the rise to $0.44 recently and the fake Defence contractor deal that has,nt happened. Hey shorters can you stop shorting for a bit, just gunna put out a bit of unoffical news about a new defence contractor contract to pump the price up so Anil can get his fair share before he retires, don’t worry we will give you a heads up when we are done to push the price down again. I tell you why the shorts are rising because they know what’s happening they know there will be no announcements before the AGM, It’s the big boys playing this game and they are in the know, they have been for the last 3 years. Every time the price goes up management announce something to push it straight down. Every time Sean opens his mouth the share price goes down, either management getting free shares or management sellin, for tax purposes of course. You know why the wouldn’t issue the top 20 shareholders know don’t we, coincidence I think not baby puppy. Wake up shareholders we are being screwed over by our own management.
