Where is the required Annual Report
Nigel has failed his SH…imo

Only public companies and large private companies are required to post annual reports.
Some would argue AVZ does not meet the ASIC definition of a "Large Private Company"

Technically they currently don't have an asset as the DRC says they don't own it, so until It's acknowledged on a DRC register the asset holdings is zero..... I guess.

Unless you count the court cases as assets (which Locke has deemed them to be, but it's kinda grey).

So is AVZ breaching ASIC rules? Debatable.

Yes and AVZ hasn’t supplied an Annual Report as it has done in the previous years.
It’s seems about October of those years a Annual Report was delivered
But 2024 comes no Annual Report
