The takeaway from this is that much of the AI for the moment will be software driven just like MB definition.

Interesting collaboration. In the end you can use a software version when their is no issue of battery power savings required inan ICE.

Apparently oversubscribed at a small discount, retail shareholders will have an opportunity to participate and there will be a positive announcement to accompany it?

No "Proof" of any of this, but quite possibly the case.

A lot of speculation on the crapper ATM.
IMO it's not a local broker as details are always leaked during the halt. There are no consequences of a leak as there is a halt in trading.
So it could well be internationally funded, eg US.
If it was solely a working capital raise we would just use LDA which is the purpose of that facility.
Taking the discount into account plus broker and legal fees a Broker working capital raise would be way more costly than LDA.
So it could well be that there is something more to it. Hopefully positive.
Its wait and see.
