I've been holding since the days of AZK. Nvidia is a known company takeover specialist and most yanks with bottomless pockets don't compete, they just buy the competition. If we are 3 years ahead and have multiple patents (thats where the $$$ is) why the hell has no one tried to take us over ???

Why didn't Blockbuster buy into Netflix when they were offered it?

Why did Kodak fail? Because they failed to innovate and adapt to the digital age.

Lots of companies have hit and missed

Maybe Nvidia don't see neuromorphic technology as a threat YET.

I actually hate this question tbh because it gives god like status to the likes of Nvidia, Intel etc etc.

Can anyone show us how brainchip can be taken over by some other company. To do that they have to convince management ( which to me is not convinced) coz that is not something PVDM planned for.
Convince the share holders so what value will make share holders happy ( a tiny news from Mercedes bumps the sp from 50 cents to 2.35 in a few days)
Convince the Australian and US govt. (NASA knows the value of company more than anyone )
Convince the regulators
But then why to make that much of an effort. Just live and let live.

It's designed to do image processing.

So one of the things we had to overcome

was take our electronic warfare I/Q data,

in-phase and quadrature
RF measurement data,

and put it into a format to
make it look like an image

so that the BrainChip
could actually digest it

and do something with it.

So you're absolutely right.

I mean, these chips are
not being designed for us

in the electronic warfare community,

but they're so powerful

that we were still able to get it to work.

Imagine if they put a little effort

into tailoring it to our needs.

Then you have a revolution.

On the agenda, the Australian Space Agency spoke. Interestingly, former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd spoke during the ASA's session.

There was also session titled Processing on the Edge. BAE Systems were one of the guest speakers.

Just reading that their roles involve scrutinising business performance and offering strategic guidance and support to the executive team.

Sales performance is non-existent.
Unsure of what guidance and support she provides.

How many times do we have to explain that our technology isn't like selling bread rolls over the counter? Is it so hard to understand that this is a complex technology, where the contractual negotiations alone take months, including legal agreements in case of damage? And this is after all previous negotiations regarding functionality have been completed. Those of you constantly harping on about no new licensing partners or contracts being signed clearly lack an understanding of the complexity of this technology. This isn't like publicly traded companies dealing with cannabis or Apples etc

Recently, he led Software Development at 3DEO and served as a Senior Product Manager at Meta/Facebook, focusing on ML platform development. Chris holds dual BAs in Psychology and Computer Science from Thomas Edison State University, an MBA from Georgia Tech and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign."

After listening very carefully to what Chris Jones states at 3.24 in his presentation regarding being introduced to Brainchip while working at META/Facebook as a Senior Product Manager and after what they presented and some investigation becoming "excited" I have had regard to the statements by Sean Hehir at the May, 2024 AGM that AKIDA technology had not be bettered by any other technology in potential customer assessments I have decided to add META/Facebook to my Brainchip engagements list.

As I have said before this is my personal list so it is for you to decided whether it should be added to your own list of Brainchip engagements.

Rob Telson spent over 10 years at ARM and BrainChip is clearly collaborating with ARM. What point are you trying to make?
