MoP holds a lot of votes. Felix needs her for re-election. Felix's UDPS party won a minority of votes in 2018 but won the election through a (coalition?) deal with out-going President Kabila & his party (PPRD?). Felix engineered a new political coalition in 2021 (Sama 1 Govt) & broke with Kabila/PPRD. So Felix needs every block of votes to get up again on 20/12/23.
