That's the guy who was impersonating you Jag.
It's a preliminary question to determine the jurisdictional challenge by AVZ not a preliminary hearing per se. If AVZ win the jurisdictional challenge and it is established that Zijin have never been in Dathcom then part 2 that would deal with Zijin's claim that AVZ should recognise them in Dathcom would not proceed. Whoever wins this preliminary question is in the box seat for all the other cases imoWith this preliminary hearing will we get a preliminary verdict or preference to one side?
I think they're asking when can we expect a verdict on this preliminary question. Are we to expect a verdict within these two days? It's a preliminary question to determine the jurisdictional challenge by AVZ not a preliminary hearing per se. I have no idea. Hopefully Zijin bitch out and drop their claim so we get the W tonight. My guess if not is the result will be known way before an official verdict is released through Franck Fwamba like the MMCS case was.I think they're asking when can we expect a verdict on this preliminary question. You don't own/run newspaper to make money. There's much better things to invest in if you want more money.Newspapers the world over are struggling to adapt to changes in their business model. When you relentlessly cut costs to stay afloat journalism suffers and we end up with old mate T-bag spewing his half-truths (and careful omissions of fact).
Lets explore that.........
I reckon MMGA could get the backing of Yibin and Huayou plus minority chinese holdings possibly..........amounting to 460 - 480m votes per se.
The question will be, where does the insto votes get directed ........MMGA or AVZ BOD ?
HSBC collective ........263m
BNP Paribas collective........330m
JP Morgan..........139m
Citicorp.....119m
Lithium plus ..........176m
Surely the article that @Nellie17 posted yesterday of PH plus all the other intel shared here abot the slimey fucker would make this situation a no brainer, ............but ?
I can say with total confidence that being a T20 holder with a Chinese name doesn't automatically mean that holder is China backed or will vote against the current BOD
So if were were producing 10mtpa we'd be at 50c?Lithium sentiment has been so crap, I reckon our SP would be around the 50c mark if we were trading as normal without this circus.
We would have been very close to producing now if not for the circus? 500 cents!!Lithium sentiment has been so crap, I reckon our SP would be around the 50c mark if we were trading as normal without this circus.
Link to watch ICC live.
Off original timelines from 4+ years ago we would have been producing for years by nowWe would still be a few months shy of first shipment, assuming no unforeseen delays in construction (i.e. 18 months of no issues). Also, we would not start at 10mtpa off the bat (that would be another few years off at best).
Well done Sir X, and thanks @Winenut I totally missed itThis is the I Criminal C, not ICC
Maja had me excited for just a moment, I nearly bought popcorn and canceled Netflix
You maybe Ugly Bob, but that was an excellent summation. You don't own/run newspaper to make money. There's much better things to invest in if you want more money.
Owning a media producer is all about controlling the narrative of what people think and who they will be voting for at the next election. You want the right guy running the country so your other investments remain profitable. That means taking a loss on the media company so your other investments continue to make huge profits.
Funnily enough, China is credited with starting the 'media' as once their empire became too large for news to travel by word of mouth in a timely manner they created documents that were sent out across the country to inform the people what the government were doing and why they were awesome. If you control the media, you control the narrative.
Does that sound like what we've seen unfold in front of us?
