Atleast we are the DRC locals favorite non-mining mining companyHe is keeping us informed mate, meticulously and keeping the heat on the corruptors............the rest is in the lap of the gods.
On a side note, 20/9/23 is the commencement of Battery forum in DRC, its today and FT is in New York and AVZ is still in the shitter with no ML.....

Looking forward to you bringing it Beisha, they haven't told us shit this past 12 months and none of Nigel's predictions have been close to eventuating. I understand they're operating in a difficult environment but it's Nigel's job to sort it out (amongst board) which have failed to do so. Last chance to get some answers before our delisting date comes up the following May as well. Thanks in advance for East Coasters who can't make it

Well I had to stray from my usual humour by throwing in some

BEISH, I couldn’t be more sincere when I say that I know the BOD is fighting hard for our rights and they are making progress even though this seems to be an ongoing and frustrating theme put out by them
The truth is there are more corrupt actors behind the scenes who haven’t been named but I can tell you from talking to Nigel in Sydney two years ago Bin Guo has been on the top of my list of suspects ever since
The Chinese have been trying to steal this project from us for a long time now and they knew when FIRB blocked Yibin getting a place on the BOD that they would have to try and steal it through other means eg nominating non Chinese puppets
Apart from suggestions that these three puppet nominees would sell the project off cheap, has anyone considered they could potentially get on Dathcom’s BOD and remove AVZ from the project, leaving us completely out of the picture
These sly lying corrupt actors have been trying everything they can from lies and bribes to colluding with short sellers and lying in the media
Believe me, the best thing shareholders can do is to keep backing our BOD

CATH have 9% shareholding in Lithium Plus so I suspect it’s a win - win situation for them which ever way and maybe why they are sitting on the sidelines

If the ML hasn't arrived prior to the AGM I'd like to ask Nigel if in hindsight it was a mistake not to accept the surface rights for Roche Dure , ,forgo Nth CDL, and just move on with the 1 Billion tonne + project that is Roche Dure ? Our mine would be 2/3 completed or possible TO . SH spared the last 18 month of this Cone of Silence nightmare . Hindsight usually allows for easy questions and answers... but, hard when dealing with corruption unethical parties.... give the bastards an inch and they'll take a mile... they may have completely reneged on that also...
If they reneged on it , why wouldn't Nigel inform SH ? No need for that info to be kept from SH . Makes no sense to keep that info from SH.
