Just had a look at that ANL playbook.

It is very obvious what Hjulich, Klaus and Cong are up to.

They operate like thieves in clear daylight.

The ANL SH's know they got fukked over by this team and have cause to look, if legal action can be successfully taken against them.

Unless they're utterly desperate, why would they make such a sham of a play, with a lame, rushed website, with no Vision statement or Mission Statements.
Just "Vote for us, Trump 4eva!"

I pray they're that useless I truly do, and that this goes absolutely nowhere.

But the more I look at it, and all the wonderful research everyone here has brought to our attention (You're all ledgends!), the more I think that they quite literally, "can't be serious."
Because they might not be.
Perhaps there's something else in play and this is a distraction/focus shift or just stage 1 of unseen and future plays.

Anyway nothing you can do about the things you don't know, and only time will tell.
I just have a sense of creeping dread about it all.

My only projection that settles the nerves is if they had promised to try this play to the DRC Mafia/Zijin/Cong circle, and are just keeping their promise in order to keep favor with them for other/future deals.

Another take on it was that the MMGA was set up in a hurry as another (sneaky) way of gathering peoples personal details so they can contact shareholders directly to buy their shares to enable shorters to close their positions prior to us trading again and/or to call an EGM.
