It's a fascinating insight into the psyche of Tommy Fuckface when he posts images of himself in high roller rooms and on travels in France when you connect it to some of his condescending remarks about plebs and so forth

I've seen many narcissistic dudes like him in my years in business..........fucking heaps of them......fucking heaps

And the bottom line is yes.....they're all absolutely self absorbed cunts who connect more to the trappings and objects around them and what they "think" that says about them in their fucked up over important view of themselves

There is no relationship with a narcissist beyond what they think they can get from being with you

For some insight Tommy "projects" his own image as some incredibly successful, intelligent, connected, wealthy and worldly man

Not the only thing they got wrong. Jesus fucking Christ how many times do I need to go over this. The worst thing is after being called out on getting this BASIC FACT wrong twice Tommy actually changed it in his latest story to reflect the truth (didn't write a correction or change the originals because he's a dipshit). Let’s be honest, this is intentional. They have been following the story for the last 12 months, no excuses for not getting it right.

Wrong. The May 20 2022 article got the percentages of the ownership 'disputes' correct. This is what makes it so sinister. This false framing has only just recently appeared as I pointed out in my April 13 2023 post. It's definitely deliberate.

Considering Cominiere is expected to hold nothing in the project as a memeber of the JV after selling down it's position and ceding 10% to the DRC Govt

Yes Cominiere would of had ROFR on the AVZ to CATH 24% imo

Surely management gave them the 40 days

They probs didn't accept because they have no fucking money and never had any intention of being involved in mining. If we had rolled over on the 15% to Zijin they would have fucked off into the sunset with their snacks.

AVZ never announced that if so.
Nor has any documentation emerged on it afaik.

Could it be Cominiere doesn’t have rights because Dathcom changed its company structure? There was an email leak by Franck Fwamba on Johnston emails to Cominiere employee reninding of company structure differences. Cominiere never seemed willing to accept or understand the consequences of Yibin’s request for AVZ to have control over the JV. They just want their snacks

Actually, Tom got it wrong. Tom doubled up on Dathomir %— what he failed to register is how AVZ gets to 75% (with Dathomir 15%) in order to sell 24% to CATH, leaving 51%, by Tom only seeing the remaining post-CATH 51% he then says AVZ could lose 15% on ownership case leaving 36%. Since Cominiere never sold to AVZ, AVZ can’t lose it to drop to 36%

The CATH Energy Technologies deal was flagged as part of a broader agreement announced on May 4 under which the DRC government awarded the mining licence for the Manono project to the legal entity majority-owned by AVZ.​

If AVZ loses its legal battle to assert ownership of a 15 per cent stake, its holding in the Manono project could fall to 36 per cent,​

What Tom should have said, could be for example, to get desired funding from CATH and, mining license, AVZ may drop to 36% to achieve it.

The implication should then be, why did MoM issue decree to Dathcom under AVZ control when it stands to be a minority partner in the JV? lol
