My stuff was related to this, fucking brilliant stuff from BOD this time around, nipping it in the butt straight away.

No shenanigans, straight to the ICC.

Remember Cominiere is 90% DRC owned and those politicians running the country have known about all this ever since they found out how much the project was worth thanks to the DFS and the agreement with CATH

Every time I read or hear anything about these corrupt actors it just makes me want to expose all their corruption to the world

Been on here too long already this morning, but will start putting the info on the corruption in the DRC together in a methodical way this week

I have it on good authority that it is because of a 'schedule conflict with the arbitrator'. He is apparently unavaible this week but didn't get specifics. Next opening for him is July.

I assume that AVZ has ascribed a multi-billion dollar value to its 15% of Dathcom in dispute, plus the opportunity cost of unnecessarily and corruptly delaying the project. That'll make them sit up and take notice.

Actually, 'they‘ (ZJ + AVZ) didn't need us to believe anything, they just told us its delayed. You don't have to believe what i have said, it doesn't impact the fact that it has been postponed to July.

I'm not doubting that's the info you received and I appreciate what you pass on . I'm just saying it smells like BS . BS with a cherry on top. Anyway AVZ have told SH the ICC cases have nothing to do with us being awarded the ML . Just got convince a bunch of Criminals to hand it over .

Absolutely no government support for us …. The reality is completely the opposite to continual AVZ claims of ‘high government support’.

The corrupt state players, cominiere and Zijin are simply playing the game and delaying every step

Holy grail for them is:

-> AVZ to run out of money and lose the tenement IMO

-> DRC gov will say hey AVZ you have no money well say good bye to your tenement

-> more delays to come from ICC with Dathomir, with Zijin and with Cominiere … IMO more like in my ‘guaranteed’ opinion

-> ICC to run for the next 2-3 years

-> DRC gov won’t step in until AVZ will run out of money

These have been my thoughts for the last 12 months and I haven’t seen anything occur to change them.

This ICC against cominiere should have taken place 12 mths ago….. 12 months lost of precious time and money

Has even 1 piece of positive news or government support been released officially since we have been suspended for 12 months???

Finally why is the company cost cutting??

Maybe reduce staff and take salary hits while we will work through ICC next 2-3years….

@9cardomaha I’ve told the odd story about my mum growing up…. She was a wild eyed Scorpion lady that had all the kids in the street scared.

She used to do the tarot with me and my sister when we were young and if she lost her temper (which seemed to happen a lot with me) she would put the odd curse on whoever it was that caused it.

Have they atleast stopped drilling a resource we don't own. And if we do actually own it and it needs more drilling well the hole jv pays for it not dopey old west perth avz paying for the lot. Fm is it that hard anyone would think we have an endless supply of money the way these pricks spend.

Maybe it is time to release the real results of the drilling, ie updated JORC and value of the resource.

It looks like Cominière's action very clearly points at attempting to push AVZ out and let the entire lease of 13359, 70% to Zijin and 30% to DRC.

It explains why 13359 was re-united.

If you going into legal bun fight, it helps you can point at a real value when fighting for damages.

You're not the only one. A large proportion of legal action, in the civil, criminal and commercial space gets postponed for lots of reasons - usually because one party is not fully prepared or requests time to consider some new info raised by the other side. Sometimes it's because the lawyer representing is sick or has left the firm, or is in court on another matter that has gone longer than anticipated. Lots of reasons why these proceedings get postponed.
