I wouldn't stress too much about it. The Board are in expedited discussions with the competent Gov officials regarding a series of complex issues involving CAMI.....

Still yet to see a photo of any of the BoD in any meetings with any officials posted online anywhere. Maybe they've been catfish by the CAMI secretary this whole time...

Anyone know if the board are still over there twiddling their thumbs?

These are from before the partition. No mention of tin for PR13359 back then either. Sn is listed for AVZ's other tenements.

Most likely Cominiere didn't apply for tin on the PR because there is already large amounts of historical data for it from when the Belgians were mining in Manono imo

SA taxi driver picked up from airport late last week

Tin would still need to be nominated under PR as its goes through a process which would have financial and environmental impacts which should be covered under the financial / enviro / technical submissions which form part of the application .

I assume that Dathcom included the Tin within these submissions...

Bloody odd that Cominiere forgot to put tin into the application sheet considering its an old tin mine...

common sense needs to prevail here ( FMD, is that even a thing with Cominiere Cami and co)... what are we going to have here, 1 tenement with 3 miners trying to operate out if it with AVZ, Tantalex on tailings and some black hand on the tin waiting for it at the fresh tailings dumps?

Yeah I agree it's better to do it all at once but Cominiere were probs thinking we will add it later as there is already data and it doesn't need to be included in the PR process. It can be added later under Article 77 of the mining code. AVZ have an offtake for tin with Kalon Resources so obviously it's all good now probs just CAMI being lazy with their website.
