Even the die hards will take their initial capital off the table. A few here have already hinted as such.I wonder how many people will sell, even in the event of a positive outcome (i.e. zijin fucks off and we get ML)
Let the hate flow out.How has anybody stated that they are thinking this is at all rosy??
The stock is not trading, so it's a bit hard to pump.
We are well aware of the reality, we've been in suspension for 9 months.
Nigel literally stated that he is not willing to negotiate with in bad faith.
Now I understand why everyone tells you to fuck off. Smug prick
Let the hate flow out.
Read the announcement a few times and fully understand its implications compared to what many have said would occur. They have been proven to be very wrong, yet you use me as a vessel for your anger.
I don’t see any reason for any secrecy from the company moving forward. They have played the “cards close to the chest” strategy since May 2022. And a complete waste of time that’s been.
FYI
Nigel Fergusons presentation was cancelled at the 121 Mining Investment Forum today in Cape Town.
I have it on good authority that, in lieu of meaningful information, Nigel will be performing a short hand-puppet show tonight in South Africa."The securities of AVZ Minerals Limited (‘AVZ’) will be suspended from quotation immediately under Listing Rule 17.2, at the request of AVZ, pending the release of an announcement regarding its mining and exploration rights for the Manono Lithium and Tin Project."
I will be dumbfounded if the above still stands with the ASX.
It'll be an interesting few days that's for sure, starting with whether or not Nigel still speaks at 121 this evening and then if the DRC delegation also in South Africa will entertain a meeting with our BOD or not.
Hopefully we can have some form of clarity very quickly as opposed to the wishy washy shit we've endured over the past 9+ months.
BoD need to come to the table with something positive or the entire suspension with a view to retaining shareholder value and burning the shorters has been a waste of time.

I recommend everyone read this. It seems Cominiere went on the warpath in Dec claiming the licence Decree should be cancelled because AVZ requested the split of the tenement. It also highlights a thrust of a number of other attack strategy darts theyve thrown at the MoM to hit out at AVZ. No wonder on receipt of this the MoM is perhaps concerned about the stay of play at relationship level between us and Cominiere and questioning whether it's tenable. Not saying any of this is legit or unskewed info, but it does lay out a key attack that may have supported the Decree cancellation
I’m confised with this.![]()

Probably a good thing. Get in there and sort this out with the powers to be before he gets on his plane to another country.I have it on good authority that, in lieu of meaningful information, Nigel will be performing a short hand-puppet show tonight in South Africa.
If that's the case not sure how anyone can spin what has transpired as positive.FYI

They definitely seem to have been blindsided by this. If they truly hadn't received the Decree until it was forwarded to AVZ by the AFR in the form of Timmy TwiddlesHisNuts then that says a lot for our excellent high level government relations NF is always prattling on about between the smirks, nods and winks. If that's the case not sure how anyone can spin what has transpired as positive.
Hi Moneybag, keen to hear your thoughts on MoM.Lots of opinions.... too many for me to absorb so I'll just forge ahead with my never say die attitude of exposing those implicated in the corruption of denying the PE for Dathcom (and majority owner AVZ) project13359
Felix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde Kyenge, Adele Kayinda Mahina and Antoinette N'samba Kalambayi all seem to fail to understand that there is an unlimited source of information on the internet pointing out the Corruption in the DRC.
They also seem to fail to understand that a forum goes well beyond Australia. It goes to Asia (China etc), the Middle East, Africa, Europe (Germany, France etc), the United Kingdom, across the Atlantic Ocean to America, back Australia and everywhere in between.
I will continue posting headlines relating on the corruption in the DRC Mining Sector (including upcoming events) in the hope that companies in countries around the world don't get caught out by the corruption in the DRC Mining Sector like AVZ Minerals…. The Australian company that spent the last 6 years and millions of dollars in the DRC developing the Dathcom lithium project in Manono.
The politician's listed above are all implicated in one way or another in knowledge of the corruption around Manono's Mining License, and with an election due this year I am hoping this communication will reach far and wide including reaching the following officials and exposers of corruption in the DRC Mining Sector.
Jules Alingete (General Inspectorate of Finance); Muhiya Lumbu Nicolas (Inspector General of Finance Head of Revenue and Tax Services Brigade); Chantal Bashizi (Appointed Head of CAMI); Joe Mbaya ; Kasongo Kas; Franck Fwamba; Kiki Kienge and others who have witnessed the corruption.
Among the corruption and conspirators surrounding Manono, the following names consistently come up: DG of the DRC Mining Cadastre - CAMI (Jean Felix Mupande Kapwa ); Dathomir (Simon Cong), Cominiere (Mwamba Misao Athanase), Zigin and AJN Resources (Klaus Eckof)
These names can be viewed in a similar way as those of Dan Gertler and Vidiye Tshimanga as being implicated in corruption, and yet remaining outside of integrity and justice.
This week headlines should appear exposing this corruption, and I hope members, shareholders and others join in holding those who are preventing the granting of the full mining license accountable, and warning companies and countries around the world of the dangers and level of corruption in the Democratic Republic of Congo Mining Sector.
Over the last 6 years in the DRC, AVZ have carried out Soil Sampling, Field Mapping, Consulting, Drilling, Metallurgical Testing, Completing a FEED Study, a 160 page Definitive Feasibility Study, a SEZ Agreement, Tendering for Mining Infrastructure, Legally Obtaining and Paying For an Increased Share of Dathcom, Obtaining Several Offtake Agreements for both Lithium and Tin, Raising Capital, Negotiating a Funding and Offtake Agreement with CATH, Presenting at the Battery Minerals Conference, Legally Fulfilling all Requirements to Obtain the Mining License, Including Receiving the Ministerial Decree to Award the Mining License and producing an 85 page Sustainability Report, Spending millions of dollars and Supporting the Local Community…. And still the Democratic Republic of Corruption and Director General of the DRC Mining Cadastre (CAMI) won’t grant AVZ a Mining License
