Wtf is wrong with the cash inflow? Ceo didnt even bother providing explanations even though it was stated in the annual report that the revenue will be collected with 30 - 90 days window? (Which obviously haven't been true)

Yea I’m going to email them about that. It appears there has been a gross misrepresentation in the financial to 30 June 22

Expect a negative 10-15% tomorrow, the US futures also look red. Lucky my emotions are already broken. However, I must say, nearly every company did not make much revenue or profit this quarterly so it is to be expected. There statement

A disappointing 4C no doubt, but that's it, nothing more. The Brainchip sky is not falling, the fundamentals still remain. Some of the comments this afternoon for heads to roll etc are outrageous. I applaud the few who have reached out to Brainchip to seek clarification and look forward to the responses being shared.

I am respectful we are all in this for our own reasons with our own individual sell targets and time periods. If today's 4C has has changed your position or belief in our future you have a choice to make.

1. You sell and invest elsewhere
2. You do what I intend to do and take the opportunity (if it presents) to buy more

With general market conditions and sentiment, this 4C could present the perfect opportunity to add to ones portfolio at a hugely discounted rate. I don't think the opportunity will last long and may very well be the last chance we get to purchase at these prices.

Regardless of the call you make, best of luck to all. Personally I'm in line for some more.

The $3.4m accounts receivables in the half yearlys had terms of under 90 days which should mean receipts collected for this quarter.
If all we can do is watch the financials we must be able to also trust the financials and this if I’m being honest has me concerned

Not all of that was trade receiveables, note split it out the actual receivables

Ok. We all hoped for more revenue to show in this 4C.
We didn't get it.
And that's a bit of a kick in the old gonads.
I guess this is what "lumpy" feels like.

Beyond that however, what's not to like in the following?
To me, this is understandable, and though regrettable, it's not the end of the road or the world.
Not much but gravy in this report, but looks like there's to be some nice chunks of meat in the next offering.
If this is successfully used by the manipulators as a way to further push down the price I'm there in the queue happy to add to my holding.

CEO Statement

The recently ended Quarter amplified the execution of the Company’s commercialisation for our AkidaTM neuromorphic IP.
In the Quarter, BrainChip added a seasoned AI semiconductor sales executive to fortify commercial expansion and execution.

The Company continues to benefit from its research activities as it was granted two new foundational patents related to neuromorphic AI inference and purchased key patents it previously only had licensed rights to use. BrainChip continues to build its AI and ML patent portfolio, strengthening our IP product and commercial differentiation.

In the coming quarter, the Company will focus on key sales targets and converting technical evaluations into paid licenses.

In addition, the Company is accelerating development of next- generation Akida IP and products to extend our technological lead and market opportunity.

We are seeing the greatest amount of sales activity and engagement in the Company’s history.

However, the current global technology market has created economic dynamics that have extended evaluations, decreased budgets, and delayed introduction of new technology. These conditions have created a headwind for our prospective and current customers. We anticipate these conditions to eventually calm. We remain positive on future market penetration and broad adoption of Brainchip’s technology.

BRN has 18 months of runway and its energy is now being focused on meeting sales goals in the December quarter and onwards - that is my number 1 takeaway from this 4c.
I would have liked revenue in this 4c but we were told that revenue will kick in at the end of 2022 so no big surprise then.
The global headwind as mentioned in the 4c would have pushed BRN activity/revenue out by a qtr and I think the share price shows it. So I'm hoping the share price has already priced that in and it will hold in the low to mid 80 cents range for a few days then rising steadily over the next 3 months.

When I first invested on BRN, I did so with a 2024 target price in mind. Not that I will sell any BRN shares if my target price is achieved but rather use it as a guide on the performance of BRN. So until 2024, the price will do what the price does and nothing will change that.
I believe we will look back and recall this day to be a pivotal moment on the journey of our BRN lives. It's a marathon, not a sprint and only LTSH's will win the day.

Yes mate, spot on… and the BRN team past and present have been fairly accurate in everything they have stated to date. I’m drowning out the noise until Christmas.

You're conflating revenue with cash received. Let's at least get this bit right.
WE don't know what deals have been signed.
WE don't know what deals have been signed with our license partners.
We do know there is no 90 days. It's always been royalty on sales made by the licensee's partners.

Absolutely. I don’t understand how you can say you’re seeing the greatest amount of sales activity when the sales are non existent

Yeah but such a large sales dept , a lot of back slapping , high fives , long and expensive business lunches, to achieve no sale , does not bode well for the CEO, the sales team or AKIDA for that matter.
IMO Engineers should be constantly developing newer and more professional use case demonstrations to assist as marketing tools, and bring on development of new AKIDA iterations with greater attributes for renewed market interest.
It's a great lifestyle at Brainchip but could somebody please sell something for fuck sake !!!
