How is this typo error on Commsec. One day I’m sure we’ll see this percentage when everyone wants BRN shares
🤣😉
I don't think it's a typo. Someone has accidentally changed the formula and forgot to divide by 100 to make it a percentage.
(1 ÷ starting price x final price - 1) ÷ 100)
Simples!

Move on, nothing to see.
Even worse; $0.115 would have been a believable bid, with previous close of $0.088—only 806 shares traded so far. Could have been a single trade though, but who had the sells in so high?
Nothing to do with BrainChip, just addressing an issue that was raised as interesting earlier.

I think the absurd daily change figure for MDC is just yet another case of a broker reporting data incorrectly. Don’t they realise we depend on that info?

Market Index has a much more believable +4.7% and -59% for the past 12 months.

I don’t understand why Commsec believed it last traded, before today, @8.8c.
Maybe they had been smoking MDC’s products.

They were kinda like Chevrolet's interpretation of a VW Beetle, but with a rear engined flat 6 cylinder, like a Porsche.

Unfortunately performance, was more like a VW Beetle 🙄..

"Hey Mercedes", MBUX and Nvidia

I don't know if this has been discussed here yet.
This comment brings me to the question of who suggested MB Akida. Was it Nvidia as the developer and close alround partner for MBUX (and additionally autonomous driving) or was it actually MB's R&D themselves that brought Akida into play? Somehow I can rather imagine Nvidia advising them even if that may seem absurd. Nvidia is considered a global specialist for artificial intelligence. So for me, the idea is close that MB as a customer first asks their AI partner for the most sensible solution.
The other way around MB should have known better than Nvidia?!
Or MB stumbled upon this exciting new thing and connected the board itself with the Nvidia MBUX?
Is there an answer to this?

Or was it MBRDI?

The more I look at MBRDI or at connections via employees to neural networks the more I tend to think that the Indian team suggested Akida to their German colleagues. Who knows maybe someone knows Anil personally...

Quick chart to try consolidate as much info in simple visual.

Have highlighted other possible areas of supp / resist related to previous SP action.

1. Summary table of various oscillators, pivots & MA's
2. Red / Green auto Fib based on a qtrly function. Lines change colour as SP moves below or above to become supp / resist.
3. Tries to visualise supply / demand / sentiment. Can see tightened recently as bull / bears battle.
4. RSI bias paints the SP bars. Want the area to break upwards (green) above the centre channel. If sits in centre channel can indicate poss ranging zone.

Not seeing a lot of vol support for the upward momentum though. Not a lot of supply coming in so buyers just nibbling away at what's available at the moment. Could change quickly imo if we get to a tipping point where buyers make a rush and manage to swamp / swallow any supply that does show up in the resist area heading into now.

Just same chart at today as previous above.

We essentially saw a break from the triple bottom pattern where they gapped it over that first resistance level but ran into the higher up resistance and the SM wasn't interested in supporting so back for a retest of the aforementioned break & gap close.

Now grinding back up into that resist area & Fib level which is proving stubborn but has developed a poss trendline (dotted) however take note of point 3 & 4 indicators. A close tomoz of $1 mid teens will respect that trendline however a close below and may be dropping into a ranging / sideways churn.

Comments from prev post on numbered areas.

I rang Rehm Falk at Bosch to see about any Akida type knowledge needed in the job description, but it went to voicemail. If Rehm returns my call I will report back. I’m still in Europe at present, back home soon.
@cassip this is for you.

Rehm just called me and was somewhat cagey about discussing much, but he knows about Brainchip and has communicated with them. That isn’t enough quacking and waddling to declare it a duck though.

Before I clean up my browser from my trip through India I want to leave a tiny little snippet here.

"...
Also, I have participated and won several hackathons in the past such as: Kandy hackathon - Bangalore (2016), made an on demand virtual attendant for tourists using RaspberryPi as well as Kandy and Google APIs to aid them during their trips in foreign countries with various facilities. HACK.BANGALORE by MBRDI (Finalist), implemented a software using Face Detection and Machine Learning Algorithms to determine the mood of the user based on their facial expressions and provide mood-specific services."
