AND - my dealings with the Japanese-You bow your head with curtsey and exchange company cards politely- MEGACHIPS includes us - and buys a ticket on our bus- and by putting details on thier MEGACHIPS website- maybe we- BRN- should as well- 👨‍🍼- throw Mr Doug Fairbairn in the picture and the cultural respect thing maybe becomes a bit muddied.- AND if TMF and Stockhead articles make the News/PR media BRN webste -surely this Megachips item dated 26th MAY 2022- should as well.

i Don"t have a Twitter Account and no Linkden account- don't need to tell everyone what i am.- but i frequently peruse updates on the BRN website and DYOR .
( Ouch- going to be a tough day on the market today- not an arguement/downramping as i am heavily overinvested in BRN and a LTH)

As an investor I will access any means to be updated look at all the sbir info this group has found. Whatever the edge I/others can have over the general investor is welcomed by me. I respect your opinion but I disagree. Also the great info shared by nvisio on LinkedIn some of that stuff is going to be worth a big increase in the portfolio when it's formal. That info will dry up once they become a listed entity.

Great find generously shared. Lots of information.

The thing that jumped out was confirmation that Brainchip had multiple customer engagements and the emphasis on wearables in particular medical.

The reference to patches ties in with the work being done by Professor Haick from Technion/NaNose which @uiux has posted about at some length.

There of course was the statement by both men that Ai will be in every chip produced and some might find that exciting. 😀😂🤣

My opinion only DYOR
FF

AKIDA BALLISTA
FF nicely pointed out the many number of "Wearables" Use Cases. How about a scalp placed Epilepsy Monitoring solution? True.

Given most of our revenue came from the licensing from Megachip, I am looking forward to seeing the MCC Report for Megachips.(although it would only cover up to March, it should clearly outline what their focus & plan is :))

Looking more into income derived from Megachips. There has been conjecture around the timing of Valeo Lidar and whether it is the reason for the current income from Megachips.

Looking closer at Valeo and their product releases. I think the income is most likely from the sale of Valeo E Bike. It has been launched in May 22 and orders have been taken with delivery in 2024. The bike itself has adaptive automatic gearbox (adapts to the riders riding style!). After all, it’s is just a smart sensor isn’t it. What makes sensors smart?

If Valeo are happy to introduce Akida into LiDAR, why not a gearbox on an E bike.

This market alone is quite big for Valeo and I’d be very happy to hear Akida is in it.

Timing makes sense!

Interesting patent filed by megachips

Provided is a processor for a neural network whose high-performance compact model can be incorporated into low-spec devices such as embedded devices or mobile devices without requiring re-training. The processor for a neural network, which uses a multi-valued basis matrix, widens the range of integer values that can be taken by each element of the multi-valued basis matrix; thus, the number of dimensions (the number of elements) of a scaling coefficient vector is reduced accordingly. The elements of the scaling coefficient vector are real numbers, and thus reducing the amount of processing of real number calculation processing allows for reducing the number of dimensions (the number of elements) of the scaling coefficient vector. As a result, this neural network processor significantly reduces the amount of calculation processing while ensuring the calculation accuracy when performing matrix calculation processing using the binary basis matrix.

After reading this post I don't really understand how this might related to AKIDA. Can one of our more technically proficient members explain in layman's terms please?

I have had a bit of a look around at where Nintendo could be heading and came across a couple of interesting articles.

This one is from May 2020: https://www.tomsguide.com/opinion/n...d-be-a-true-powerhouse-with-this-breakthrough

"When the Nintendo Switch made its debut in Spring 2017, it impressed me with how much power it seemed to pull out of its Nvidia’s Tegra X1 system-on-a-chip."
"the Tegra X1 is very much an aged slice of silicon."
"Nvidia hasn’t updated the Tegra X1 for ages; there’s barely any mention of the Tegra lineup on Nvidia’s website. And outside of GeForce and data centre graphics, Nvidia seems more interested in working on chips for autonomous cars and artificial intelligence; it does quite well at this stuff, so I won’t begrudge it that.

This means that when Nintendo comes a-callin’ for a new chip for the Switch 2, Nvidia might have to shrug and turn it away; assuming it’s not quietly working on a next-generation Tegra for a new Switch. As such, Nintendo might have to look elsewhere"

I'm wondering with Megachips being so heavily invested in Nintendo that around May 2020 was when Megachips began looking into Brainchip & Akida, in order to compete or surpass the likes of Sony's PlayStation and Microsoft's Xbox.

If the new Switch 2 could include Akida, then this article gives some indication of when it could be coming out: https://www.tomsguide.com/news/nintendo-switch-2

"Nevertheless, we don't see the Switch 2 arriving much earlier than 2024, or late 2023 at best."

Time will tell, however, by the sound of things we may need to be patient as well.

Megachips, wow. Such a great partner, just like the waves!

BRN Austrialian Waves are likely to be larger for Brainchip.
