BRN News: Media Alert: BrainChip CEO Presents at International Investment Forum 2022 - 16th Feb 2022, 12:32pm

Hi FF , you’re hitting all your tee shots a long way down the middle as usual. I’m just catching up on your great and full responses. 10/10
Just to further acknowledge and highlight an extremely important point you touched on.
Management Integrity

When you’re an investor, IMO, this criteria is on the podium (1-2-3) as essential knowledge.
FF , as I have posted on numerous occasions, and as your post touched on.
“ Integrity “ = Brand building

BrainChip have been true and trustworthy ..
To their corporate responsibilities,
To their fellow workers
To their clients/partners
To their shareholders
and all other obligations of correct and expected behaviours towards others.

The BrainChip team Have in the past,
(as evidenced by your post ,of withstanding obvious temptations to Early reveal critical information Re Mercedes + others ),
Are Now doing,
and reliably going forward, Will in the future (where the past IS a good indicator of the future)
Will continue to operate with the utmost highest Integrity

Clearly , when you have this level of belief (myself), through past BrainChip actions, it beggars the question.
When there is an “ unknown “ ,

that you can carry confidence in Managements Integrity and processes.
The technology is Proven,Disruptive and Unmatched
It’s Patent protected and will be ,more so moving forward
As Sean said, BRN’s just gotta bang our drums harder and louder , and push the word out.

Patience’s people , it’s all coming together
It just takes time.
Happy Days
I just have to ask is the fairway a clue? FF

Just a quick survey, During the IIF presentation, Sean only displayed 4 brands under EAP customer section and refused to confirm when asked whether ford is still the EAP customer. So I am wondering if anyone had doubt about whether ford is still our EAP customer? if yes, please reply whether you have sold any shares because of this doubt?

Hi Stan

Just wondering if you missed the new name he has given to the four companies ie, Mercedes, Valeo, NASA & Vorago. They are not described in his latest slide as EAP but as Early Adopters.

He also has introduced a new category Licensees which covers Renesas and MegaChips. I have posted about this elsewhere on this site. We now have EAP's, Early Adopters and Licensees.

Ford has always been a reluctant reveal as the initial ASX notice did not name them but the ASX insisted and a further notice was filed naming the Automotive EAP as being Ford.

If Ford was no longer an EAP having announced them in these price sensitive ASX announcements then Brainchip would be obliged to notify this material change via a further ASX announcement so until such notice is filed Brainchip will at law be still engaging with Ford as an EAP. If Brainchip has failed to notify then you would have an action for damages and the Directors and Key Management Personnel would face sanctions possibly even criminal charges.

My opinion only DYOR

Hi, FF:
I have listened to the presentation over and over again, if you still can access video, would you mind please have a listen to what Sean said between 24:40 to 24:56
The question was: "how many names of the customers can currently name of the 15 EAP customers? Sean answered: I think we just showed four....

So I understood correctly, I believe even though the slide used the term "Early Adopter", it still meant exactly "EAP customers".

I was curious to see how many people had doubt about whether Ford was still our EAP customer. As I have already received an email confirmation from Tony saying that even though neither FORD or ISL brands were shown in Sean's EAP/Early Adopter slides, both of them are confirmed to be still our EAP customers.

I just want to see if there were many people having doubt on this after they watched Sean's presentation. Maybe I should ask the same question in the HC forum

Cheers

Well why not making clear that this would be an incorrect view to hold at law and because you have received written advice that Ford is still an EAP from Tony Dawe.

At a time when the market is already made nervous by world events false impressions should not be cultivated particularly by someone whose opinions garner respect.

Hi FF
Sorry i asked the question this way. Anyway I think you are right, i should probably just upload a screenshot of the email so to avoid unnecessary confusion or even false impression.

I was a bit frustrated because a couple of friends were questioning the saming thing as the SP slides further because of the ukraine crisis. My intention was to see how many people are having the same doubt.

Anyway here is the email.

I must say I was a bit puzzled that Mr. Dawe would say as Investor Relations Mgr for Brainchip that the "exact number of EAP custmomers has not been officially confirmed". I'm sorry, but at any given point in time Brainchip knows this information. They must. And if they don't we have bigger issues.

Okay, I will dismiss his comment as one that perhaps could have been worded differently by the guy. He is afterall responding to many inquiries, emails and working long hours. It's hard to write the unambiguous clear sentence after clear sentence, day after day and not make one slip.

As a stockholder, I would be interested in knowing an exact number of EAP customers, and if I just receive them in quarterly updates 4 times per year, well, I could live with that.

Hiya dippY22,
i'm not sure that an exact number of EAP participants is always going to be the same as in the past ,or in the present or future.
IMO. Early Access does'nt neccessarily sit with just the timing aspect in my opinion.
There is room for movement for late arrivals in my opinion.
ie : EAP could be applicable to a prominent member of another sector ,that can now be catered for thru the increased staffing.

just suggesting that the wording is vague enough to reach out to other aspects of thought
Not with standing , being tied down to a number ,that doesnt carry specifics, means it's an approximate indication anyway
Just my opinion, and a positive one that carrys flexibility for the vendor(BRN)
Cheers kozi
