If 3I/ATLAS turns out to be a spaceship and the market tanks, I’m backing up the truck: 100 million BRN shares and 3 billion NVIDIA shares. When it flies by, the aliens couldn’t care less about us, and the market snaps back,

I’LL BE A TOP-TWO SHAREHOLDER! HAHAHAHAHA!

Do you have the 15 years chart as well?

Confused Steve Brule GIF by MOODMAN
Here is the longer term chart from day 1 of company charting.

" Put that to GPT-5:
"In short: If a company’s 100‑day Bollinger Bandwidth is at its lowest level in 15 years, it means the stock is experiencing extraordinarily low volatility compared to its long‑term history. This kind of extreme compression usually precedes a major volatility expansion—a large, sustained move in price. The indicator itself does not predict direction (up or down), only that a significant breakout is likely."
Does not come date stamped with catalyst dates or break out dates. Could be a while yet.? In the meantime we are likely to see accumulation.

It’s always nice to have a look what kind of presentation our customers and partners have on their website about BrainChip…

This one is very nice actually

Direct quote from Seans most recent video:
" .So a lot of defense activity, particularly around electronic warfare and drone activity and radar. So the ability to put radar in a drone, which you couldn't do with old traditional technology, it's resonating very, very well there. "
If traditional radar can't be used in Drones then that narrows the field considerably. Neuromorphic AI at the Edge looks like a good choice.

Do any of our German friends live in the city of Treuchtlingen? Wanna go look at some intersection gantries

Just curious as was looking at a research paper again, which I know has been covered at some point, on the Edge neuro-statistical learning for event-based visual motion detection and tracking in roadside safety systems.

The paper in April 25 as below link, had the conclusion, also snipped below, that made me wonder if they managed to get any traction given they were using Akida?

Conclusions and outlook:

In this paper, we describe an award-winning solution for neuromorphic edge processing for roadside safetymonitoring. Our solution is a practical deployment of neuromorphic technology in which event streamsfrom a neuromorphic camera are processed simultaneously by an SNN, used for detection, and anevent-based EM, used for the tracking of pedestrians and bicyclists. By exploiting the underlyingspatiotemporal patterns of the event-based data in the perceived roadside scene, the system learns arepresentation of the sparse input data context based on the imposed physics of motion. Our analysis, experiments, and preliminary deployment demonstrate that our solution is a promising candidate forroadside real-time neuromorphic edge detection and tracking, delivering robust and accurate performance, avery good energy footprint, and supporting city-level scaling. We are currently working together with the cityof Treuchtlingen in Germany 6to mount the system on the gantry in dangerous intersections of the town

Yeah thanks! I hope they will pull out a big rabbit out of the hat 🎩… because the closing at 19.5 today shows how the movement will end up…
That is how it think it will likely happen. We will at some stage get an unexpected announcement. No date stamp with it though. It does not have to be really huge but the market will know its just the start with more to come.
Just as we can sense the AI revolution is just kicking off we know BRN is setting up to be a part of it.
I will not be surprised to see a multi decade market bull run with healthy dips driven by the AI revolution. We can already see start of it in the US.
AI will change everything important to us Hyper energy efficiency, hyper agriculture, hyper health, hyper industrial efficiency and the list goes on.
Its just starting now.

Just noticed something I didn’t actually realise until today.

In October Andes and Quintauris announced a strategic partnership to unlock mass-market adoption of RISC-V in domains like automotive, industrial, and edge computing.

Quintauris’ automotive real-time reference architecture is integrating the 32-bit ISO 26262 certified AndesCore CPU and the collaboration is expected to span across the rest of the AndesCore processor series.

They’re talking about an automotive-grade RISC-V architecture stack that is intended to propagate across multiple Andes cores and multiple safety profiles.

There's a pretty good chance that this would be directly relevant to BrainChip IMO.

Back in April 2025, BrainChip and Andes had Akida running on the QiLai Voyager board with the AX45MP 64-bit multicore. So, Akida has effectively already been proven operational next to an Andes host. The automotive world is now actively validating Andes’ safety-enabled cores for real time architectures

So if Andes’ CPU family becomes the safety-certified host platform for new RISC-V automotive ECU's, then BrainChip would already have the co-processing integration in place to position Akida as an ultra-low-power neuromorphic edge block, sitting beside a safety-qualified RISC-V host for automotive domain controllers, DMS modules and sensor pre-processing ECUs.

Obviously this is not guaranteed, but I'd have thought that this would be the kind of foundation we'd need to for Akida to become widely deployable in automotive.

Oh, and if you check out the Linkedin post below, you'll see that Quintauris is backed by Bosch, Infineon, NXP and Qualcomm.

IMO. DYOR.

BrainChip & Parsons Corporation Join Forces to Bring Neuromorphic AI to the Tactical Edge

In a significant step for edge AI and defense technology, BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN) has announced a multi-year strategic partnership with Blue Ridge Envisioneering (BRE), a Parsons company (NYSE: PSN). The collaboration aims to integrate BrainChip’s Akida™ hashtag#neuromorphic technology into Parsons’ mission-ready edge-AI platforms, delivering real-time, low-power hashtag#intelligence in environments where cloud connectivity is limited or unavailable.

The partnership will leverage Akida’s event-based, energy-efficient architecture and on-device learning capabilities, enabling adaptive AI performance in constrained, dynamic defense scenarios. Notably, Parsons gains access to BrainChip’s AKD1500 processor, which recently commenced tape-out for volume production, positioning the chip for deployment in both defense and broader commercial applications."
The 'secret sauce' for Parsons is the neuromorphic on line learning capabilities - see bold above. That is why we are set for a big future in defense.

This is also an interesting development!

Airbus, Leonardo and Thales have now signed an MOU.They aren’t just collaborating. They’re actually planning to form a new combined company (a new European space player) with a target of being operational by 2027 (pending approvals).

As we know, BrainChip already has an entry point with Airbus. In an October 2024 quarterly update, BrainChip reported agreements amounting to €190,000 with Frontgrade Gaisler and Airbus Defence & Space, intended for ultra-low-power AI in space applications.

If Airbus adopts neuromorphic edge AI for a particular sensor role, even at small volume in the beginning, then once this new 2027 company exists, that architecture has a pathway not just to Airbus, but to Leonardo and Thales via this new company as well.

It says " The combined entity will employ around 25,000 people across Europe. With an annual turnover of about 6.5bn€ (end of 2024, pro-forma) and an order backlog representing more than three years of projected sales, this new company will form a robust, innovative and competitive entity worldwide.Ownership of the new company will be shared among the parent companies, with Airbus, Leonardo and Thales owning respectively 35%, 32.5% and 32.5% stakes. It will operate under joint control, with a balanced governance structure among shareholders."
