Is it possible that Akida IP is in these hearing. I tried looking up the IP register but could not decipher anything meaningful. Am I clutching at straws as in wishful thinking or could it be Akida?

But: As long as no public announcement or indications of partner chains (e.g. via megachips) emerge, it remains well-founded speculation, not confirmation.

I’ve already pointed this out in another forum, as the question keeps coming up:
“Why isn’t the share price going up, especially when Akida clearly outperforms NVIDIA’s solution in direct comparisons?”
But this isn’t just about having the better product.
People often overlook that what matters most is not just technical superiority, but the assurance of a long-term, stable partnership. For most potential partners, BrainChip is still seen as too uncertain.
“Will they be able to support our mass-market products in the long run?”
“Can we afford to take the risk of investing billions, only to have our partner go bankrupt?”
These are questions that simply don’t arise with a company like NVIDIA.
Many of those who were initially bullish are now secretly hoping that BrainChip will be acquired by a major player — so they can skip the painful wait and just get their $5 per share.
Unfortunately, that’s unlikely to happen either… at least not with the kind of numbers we’re currently not showing. No major company pays a premium over market value — especially not when it’s obvious the other side needs the deal.
That just drives the price down.
Just my opinion.
