I guess for repairs to satellites ANT61 needs Beacon to have on chip learning capabilities. That is likely AKIDA's advantage and a key reason we were chosen.

Pretty sure this isn't good news for us.

This Memorandum of Understanding signed between Nota AI and DEEPX at Computex Taipei 2025 is poised to intensify competition in the on-device AI market and will likely have a direct impact on players like BrainChip.

Nota AI specializes in AI model optimization and on-device generative AI and DEEPX is renowned for its ultra-low-power AI semiconductors. Nota AI maintains strategic collaborations with global semiconductor leaders and Fortune 100 corporations such as NVIDIA, ARM, Qualcomm, Sony, and Samsung Electronics. Their collaboration aims to integrate DEEPX's hardware with Nota AI's software, creating a comprehensive solution for edge AI applications. This partnership is expected to enhance the performance and efficiency of on-device AI systems, potentially setting new industry standards.

I think it would be fair to assume this development will challenge BrainChip's market share, especially if the partnership leads to more efficient and cost-effective on-device AI solutions.

I suppose the key differentiator is that Akida supports on-chip incremental learning, so hopefully we can still remain competitive in real-time adaptive systems and privacy-sensitive environments like autonomous vehicles, defense and health monitoring.
