Wow, how dare Antonio tell a shareholder that he is out of order, and that nowhere did he mention the US.. Did Antonio forget the ASX price sensitive announcement on 27 February, that says BrainChip investigates redomiciling to the US??

Absolutely gob smacked...

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
Looks like we can after all distill transformer models into SSM.
Looking forward to a poster asking AI, Groc, GPT4 etc questions about where this and some of the other initiatives can take us.
These can only increase the value of our patent portfolio.
I am a positive holder. If i was not positive on BRN i would sell.
As AI kicks up and bookings appear and multiply the patent value will keep moving up. It's our safety net.

Hi Manny, I posted something on that a little earlier.

So, I've never sworn on this site, but Antonio is a fucking liar and dckhead who doesn't care about us.

BTW, was that just FF talking then, ie he mentioned being a retired solicitor. He reamed them hard, but are they gonna listen?
Clearly playing the game to be more passive and appeasing to shareholders this year. However pushed even just a little and his true colours come out once again. I am not buying it and dont appreciate this bully boy behavior. Treat us with a little more respect for fucks sake... Surely we can do better.

So they don’t think Steven ain’t up for the job to be onboard 😂 I think there is more to it, but we do need someone with the shareholders interests onboard as well as his experience and they are only looking at someone in Asia if they ever were to expand the board wtf

Peter's behaviour was terrible in my opinion. He's said publicly he has a reason for not voting for Steve Liebeskind and that he would discuss it after the meeting with the shareholder who was asking the questions about it...

No balls at all. If you are going to say you have a reason publicly, why not have the balls to say what it is PUBLICLY....

At least Steve Liebeskin had the balls to get up on stage, knowing it was a lost cause.

Very disappointed in Peter.

Hang on chippers, looking positive in the longer term. This is the grind, I sincerely wish as do we all that celebrations had commenced, however this is not the case.
Unfortunately we won't be rich tomorrow. But I believe we will all be handsomely rewarded with patience.

PVDM clearly don't want Steve on the board.

He further said that he fully supports Sean and the way he is going with the company.

That's good enough for me.
That is a huge endorsement from a founder

Not one of my questions was answered through the online message system.

Question 1 - I actually sent this one through 4 times to see if anyone would pick it up

I acknowledge that BrainChip is bound by NDS's; however, there remains a clear and effective way to share meaningful updates with shareholders without breaching confidentiality.

By reporting aggregated, anonymized, and non-identifiable data, BrainChip could easily provide its shareholders with valuable insight into operational progress, commercial engagement, and market traction without compromising client identities or sensitive negotiations.

BrainChip could publish metrics similar to this example which shows:

Total active commercial discussions: e.g. 26 companies currently in the pipeline

(This could then be further broken down into stages such as:)

  • Enquiry / Early discussion: 14
  • Proof of Concept (PoC): 6
  • Pilot deployment: 3
  • Commercial negotiations: 2
  • Signed but not publicly disclosed: 1

This level of transparency would not only strengthen shareholder confidence but also allow alignment between performance outcomes and executive remuneration (e.g., bonuses), ensuring a clearer and more justifiable basis for incentive payments.

Can you please confirm whether the Board will consider providing such aggregated engagement metrics in future shareholder communications?

Question 2

What are your thoughts on Arm recently having partnered with Beken (a Chinese company) on ultra-low power edge AI solutions, given that this is the space that BrainChip were supposed to "own"? Does this partnership indicate that Arm does not yet view neuromorphic computing as commercially mature or strategically necessary? Can you please clarify BrainChip’s position to understand how the Board views evolving opportunities with Arm?

Question 3

There was a comment made by Antonio Viana, (if I'm not mistaken), at the last AGM that if there were no licenses signed by this AGM, then we have a problem? So, clearly we have a problem Why have there been no new licences signed? What exactly is the problem? How serious is it? How can it be overcome and in what time-frame?

Question 4

There was an interview with the ASX Investor in May 2023 when Sean was asked the following question about how soon we can expect the "lumpy" revenue to transition into a more regular cadence:

ASX Investor: Are you hoping to see that cadence in the next 6-12 months? Are we talking 3 years, 5 years? What are you anticipating?

Sean: I would think it's not that far out, but it's not that far in. Some where in between that right now.

Given that was 2 years ago, what is your current view on when regular revenue should be expected?
@Bravo all fair and reasonable questions. I suggest contacting the company with them and maybe also suggest that other questions were most likely not answered either deliberately or because of time frame. Because of the limited time frame they placed on questions, then surely it would be not too much to ask from the company to have a follow up question and answer session to clear up shareholders concerns. Especially the fact the company did promise to be more transparent and keep shareholders informed. Come on Brainchip management, do better.

Kim seemed flustered, unsure, maybe out of her depth? The audio system may have contributed.

Wasn't that because the person was going crazy fixating on how Peter can say no when Steve helped him build this company and wealth?

I think that part is irrelevant, Peter should only consider current position...

Imo only

Yeah, lost respect with Viana. He knew the Irish shareholder's questions from the beginning about reporting on the ASX and wanted to bullshit about 'ramping' the stock.

Also completely blanking RealInfo's comment about lack of PR.

Game of time for them. Use up as much time as possible to avoid harder questions later on.
Viana just did not want to answer the question that was put to him.......

The Irish shareholder made sense.. you've already released the non price sensitive information via x, linked in etc etc, so why can you not release it through the ASX. Hundreds of other ASX listed companies do it, but BrainChip choose not to...

It's not ramping, it's actually providing updates to shareholders... if BRN don't know the difference between ramping and shareholder updates we have a huge problem...(clearly)... BUT he did say he was going to fix this....

So let's see if he does.. I'm not holding my breath but I hope I am wrong...

The most uplifting thing I got out of all of that was the soundtrack at the beginning and the end.

I'm going to email Tony Dawe and ask who it was, so I can play it at my birthday party.

@Cardpro Maybe I'll listen to it again later, but regardless, why say publicly you have reasons, but not share that with everyone.

Why would you tell just one shareholder after the AGM.. because this is where things are misconstrued and misquoted..

IMO, if you say publicly I have a reason , then tell us all (not just one shareholder) (or else don't say anything)...

I thought Sean was OK this time around.

Might have just been in comparision to what was coming out of Antonio's mouth though.

Did they say something about the US market move?

Something like “we will hit 20 dollars until then” or something? Just curious holder here… nothing more!
