You are a dumb arse
Probably LDA flooding the buy side to get a better price? What's with the share price? It's now green and almost double the number of buyers as sellers
So his target is 9 million,
Is this revenue or a IP signing
I'm new to this game and if someone could explain all this 9 million dollars talk around Sean Heir please
Which part makes me a dumb arse? I personally don't see a significant continual revenue stream until at least mid 2027. Where do you believe strong revenue is going to come from in the next 12 months? You are a dumb arse
JB49 don't know if you were at the AGM or watched it online, but the roadmap before the AGM presented by Dr Tapson is really worth watching (not sure if it's out yet). I thought his presentation was the best part of the day. He was genuinely excited, and I think if you listed to this, you'll get some good things out of it.I feel like the company is less confident than they were last year.
Doesn't appear to be anything significant in the pipeline. Sounds like there might be a few small deals here and there. But not nearly enough to cover expenses so will need more funding.
Sean confirming no royalties this year for me confirms we aren't in Valeo Scala 3 (due this year) or the Nintendo switch. Sounding like 2027-2029 is when things may get more interesting.
Yes, I watched both the AGM and Dr. Tapson's roadmap presentation. I agree that the team is genuinely excited about Akida 2 and future iterations. The potential of the Akida is huge, and I definitely believe in what it can achieve, thats why I'm heavily invested. However, from a commercial revenue standpoint, the outlook remains unclear over the next 12-18 months.JB49 don't know if you were at the AGM or watched it online, but the roadmap before the AGM presented by Dr Tapson is really worth watching (not sure if it's out yet). Tbh I dunno if there's ever been any clarity on the outlook surrounding revenue?Yes, I watched both the AGM and Dr. Tapson's roadmap presentation. The enthusiasm within the company for the product technology is clear, but translating that into market traction seems to be a much more complex process than initially anticipated. And thats what I could sense from management in the AGM. They are frustrated. They are frustrated because they know they have an amazing product, but one that is taking a lot longer for the market to start adopting it. And thats where I feel the lack of confidence was stemming from. Hence why I'm suggesting that we should start seeing commercial success from 2027-2029. If that makes me a dumb arse then so be it. But I prefer to be realistic.
Chipman - let me know where you think significant revenue is coming from before 2027. Keen to hear your thoughts.

Thanks for your explanation and timeThe talk is around the fact that at the AGM, Antonio stated that the "goal" for Sean in Bookings for 2025 is $9M. This is something new for BRN, as in the past they have never actually told shareholders what the dollar value of the various goals were..
So take 2024 in the table below for Sean's "Target" bookings, if he did not achieve the goal, he still got 50% of his bonus, if he met the target he got 100% of his bonus, but shareholders did not know the dollar value of his bookings target (for Sean or any one else receiving bonuses).
So telling shareholders at the ATM that it is a $9M revenue target for Sean for 2025, is something new for BRN.
Just incase you didn't know as you mentioned you're new to this, a Booking is any paid or legally binding commitment to purchase goods and/or services from the company.

Antonio has previously implied that a single deal may turn us into a profit generating company but obviously it doesn't look like it will happen any time soon... (given Sean's target is 9Mill and give that figure was decided considering current engagements)...Tbh I dunno if there's ever been any clarity on the outlook surrounding revenue?
I was at the presentation and the AGM and from my interactions with with mostly Antonio his excitement is pretty obvious. I'll concede that he has been excited every year but there was something different about his excitement this year. Maybe I'm reading him wrong but that's the general feeling I got from the guy. I did speak to Sean but it was mostly small talk as he had about 4/5 shareholders quizzing him continuously for for 15/20 after the meeting had finished.
On another note I pressed him on the issue of the company blocking access to the shareholder register. He was completely blindsided by that issue and was genuinely not aware that there was an issue. I'm going to email him this weekend and give him a full rundown on events. 2 other shareholders were present when I quizzed him and both shared my anger and concerns on the issue. He said once I email him that he will investigate what happened and why(we know why). If his answer satisfies me I'll post it here or if I feel it's just a response to get rid of me then I will call himI pre warned him on that

You’re kidding me mate. How many times you going to ask others to do your research. Don’t you read the posts on the thread. Surly you understand the question you have asked is one and the same. I find it very comical what you’re trying to achieve, bordering on stupidity. FYI Muppets are on Seaseme Street tomorrow morning. Go PIES.So his target is 9 million,
Is this revenue or a IP signing

Why would you focus on the apparent 'gaffe'. Everyone makes them. Seems 'small picture' In relation to the business there is so much going on.Antonio has previously implied that a single deal may turn us into a profit generating company but obviously it doesn't look like it will happen any time soon... (given Sean's target is 9Mill and give that figure was decided considering current engagements)...
By any chance, have you or anyone else managed to ask Antonio why he suggested during the AGM that they never specifically said it is the "US" that they are considering to redomicile? Even though the asx market sensitive announcement specifically said US..?
Agreed. There shouldn't be any expectation at the very early stage for a disruptive tech company. Even 2034/35 seems a bit too early to expect any steady stream of revenue. I am happy to add another 5 of 6 years on top of that to give them a chance to double the current share price.Agree, business wise it was very promising. All the 'he said/she said' carry on is just a smoke screen from the traction that we are gaining.
Many building early-stage companies have a bit of fire and brimestone at AGM's.
Best to keep or eyre on the business side of things.
