Exactly, and then to make matters worse he is then rewarded again when the booking turns into revenue.

The generosity that they reward themselves is gobsmacking. I want BRN to be rewarded for their work when they achieve results but this is just insulting to shareholders.

3 strikes in a row and yet they continue in their arrogance to reward themselves excessively.

Shameful. How is this not double dipping?

Instead of presenting yourself as a moral preacher and constantly criticizing the leadership team, I suggest you apply for a position there and then waive the contractually agreed compensation. That would show you’re serious. Or give up your current bonus payments that you’re entitled to upon reaching agreed targets—if you even know what such a compensation package looks like.

Yes, from an outsider’s perspective, it’s hard to understand why someone receives stock packages when there are no revenues. Still, we don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes. As always, it comes down to holding, buying more, or selling if the situation feels too risky.

The matter was voted on again at the general meeting. And things will continue as they have—whether one likes it or not. Stirring things up here is pointless. At the moment, we have no way to change anything… so why all this incitement?

Not financial advice.

But look at Elon, he became one of the richest person in the world, if Sean can actually land some deals, hopefully 9Mill for this year, and double next year, followed by exponential growth, we will also be rich too, not to his level but yes.

If Sean fails to turn this ship around, it will sink, and yep........

In my opinion, 9 mill is not a huge target for a company of this size, but given the history during past few years, I am more than happy to see the 9 Mill, I believe once we hit 9 Mill, the growth will be exponential... getting the first couple of deals is much more difficult than landing the next 10 IMO...

But that being said... I was thinking the same 4 - 5 years ago... for every single day...........and I've put significant amount of my savings/investment here... (I only hold brainchip...)... only to see it go down the drains... ;(

but yes... good luck to all....!!!!! Plz!!!! Bring us some revenue Sean!!!!

I hope you are right Cardpro... As I said, I have no problem with BRN being rewarded, but when they have actually done some sigifncaint deals that outweigh Sean's remuneration for the year!

I agree, if Sean gets rich we get rich, but right now.. Sean is the only one making money whilst shareholders wealth is dwindling.

I also don't think 9M USD is a big target considering how BRN talk up their products.. maybe a new start of under promising and over delivering.... time will tell..

Here's hoping he can do it...

Great to hear Sean reiterating the $7-9M worth of bookings expected this year.

Bookings are contracts…contracts translate to revenue! We can finally start giving analysts to start following, analyzing, and forming quarterly estimates.

Look out behind you! A snowball is rolling down.

I feel like the company is less confident than they were last year.

Doesn't appear to be anything significant in the pipeline. Sounds like there might be a few small deals here and there. But not nearly enough to cover expenses so will need more funding.

Sean confirming no royalties this year for me confirms we aren't in Valeo Scala 3 (due this year) or the Nintendo switch. Sounding like 2027-2029 is when things may get more interesting.

If Sean gets rich it will because of cap gains and we will be swept along for the ride.
Its a win/win.
The beauty of RSUs is that there is no insider trading issues and they incentivise staff.

Looks like we have some more competition on the horizon...3 years away though, so time is on our side.

US Air Force wants to develop smarter mini-drones powered by brain-inspired AI chips

Published 14 hours ago
Plans are underway to create new AI-powered drones that can fly for much longer than current designs.

FPV kamikaze drones flying in the sky.

Although neuromorphic computing was first proposed by scientist Carver Mead in the late 1980s, it is a field of computer design theory that is still in development.

Scientists are developing an artificial intelligence (AI) chip the size of a grain of rice that can mimic human brains — and they plan to use it in miniature drones.

Although AI can automate monotonous functions, it is resource-intensive and requires large amounts of energy to operate. Drones also require energy for propulsion, navigation, sensing, stabilization and communication.

Larger drones can better compensate for AI's energy demands by using an engine, but smaller drones rely on battery power — meaning AI energy demands can reduce flying time from 45 minutes to just four.
But this may not be a problem forever., Suin Yi and his team at the University of Texas have been awarded funding by the 2025 Air Force Office of Scientific Research Young Investigator Program (part of the Air Force Office of Scientific Research) to develop an energy-efficient AI for drones. Their goal is to build a chip the size of a grain of rice with various AI capabilities — including autonomous piloting and object recognition — within three years.

AI-powered miniature drones

To build a more energy-efficient AI chip, the scientists propose using conducting polymer thin films. These are (so far) an underused aspect of neuromorphic computing; this is a computer system that mimics the brain’s structure to enable highly efficient information processing.

The researchers intend to replicate how neurons learn and make decisions, thereby saving energy by only being used when required, similar to how a human brain uses different parts for different functions.
Although neuromorphic computing was first proposed by scientist Carver Mead in the late 1980s, it is a field of computer design theory that is still in development. In 2024, Intel unveiled their Hala Point neuromorphic computer, which is powered by more than 1,000 new AI chips and performs 50 times faster than conventional computing systems.

Meanwhile, the Joint Artificial Intelligence Center develops AI software and neuromorphic hardware. Their particular focus is on developing systems for sharing all sensor information with every member of a network of neuromorphic-enabled units. This technology could allow for greater situational awareness, with applications so far including headsets and robotics.
Using technology developed through this research, drones could become more intelligent by integrating conducting polymer material systems that can function like neurons in a brain.
If Yi’s research project is successful, miniature drones could become increasingly intelligent. An AI system using neuromorphic computing could allow smaller and smarter automated drones to be developed to provide remote monitoring in confined locations, with a much longer flying time.

Hi Bravo,
Just noticed the comment PVM made about this article.

I think the "concerned citizens catastrophising group" are generally happier on the crapper, where they are in vogue. 🤣

Yes Hoppy, I was bemused to read a comment on said crapper from a catastrophier claiming to have attended the AGM, claiming to have conversed with Jonathan Tapson and claiming to have left the meeting before shareholders questions, yet typically forthright in his opinions. The history of this persons comments indicated to me he was still bullshitting, foxing with the facts if you like. He was turfed off TSE some time ago along with his mate. His usual response to queries if he had contacted Tony Dawe about his concerns, he would reply, “I have”, but never provided evidence, as others had done.

I don't believe he was there and he simply read the posts of those who were, including FF’s post of his conversation with Jonathan Tapson and passed it off as his own conversation. He stated he had questions for the BOD’s yet left beforehand. Such convenience and integrity.

Yep catastrophising.

They are all armchair experts! Don't you know. You do not even have to ask for their experts opinions! Also very generous. Giving their opinions again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again etc, etc!

Is this revenue or a IP signing
I'm new to this game and if someone could explain all this 9 million dollars talk around Sean Heir please
