BRN Discussion Ongoing

Technically a third strike but the counter reset after last year.

Counts as a first stike.
How many resets can they get?

Yes, Antonio said they never said it. Then someone showed Antonio the announcement where it was said and then Antonio said they didn't mean going to the US, they meant redomiciling to Europe, Asia or the moon.

When pressed for further details, Antonio said they had to tell the ASX because they were worried someone like Chelsey Manning would leak the information and they didn't want there to be a situation entailing a total freak out of epic proportions.

So instead of waiting for a KGB agent to cleverly disguise themselves as a photocopying machine in order to enter BrainCHip HQ to deceptively obtain this information, they decided to announce it via the ASX, who were stoked to get anything from BRN because they had actually forgotten who BrainChip was on account of the lack of previous ASX announcements.

Then they all went home and had a nice, hot cup of tea and a some ginger snap biscuits.
What are the chances of that exchange being edited out of any AGM video that gets posted?

Seriously though, looking back, Antonio did seem genuinely surprised at the mention of moving to the US. Almost as if what he signed off on at Board level was not what was announced on the ASX.

Sorry, conspiracy theory....ignore!!!

I'm Spartacus!
I guess you choose to either believe them or not.
It's really down to each investors judgement.

For what its worth these are my impressions of todays AGM which I watched online.
Some people have previously determined viewpoints and that tends to colour what they see appropriately.

Vianna, as chair of the meeting, is required to conduct it in a safe and orderly manner.
In that role he has the authority to shut down discussion when it is spiralling out of control, which is exactly what he did when that bloke got out of hand, trying to instigate a yelling match, towards the end.
Beyond that, I saw him take questions as they were offered.
I thought he did, as usual, a good job.

His very early remarks addressed the redomicile "elephant in the room", and as I see it he gave a credible response.
As the BOD wanted to discuss the possibility's with a wider set of consultants than they are normally dealing with, and knowing the hysteria a "leak" of said information may cause, they provided us with a heads up. This is reasonable, in my opinion.
I think he got somewhat flustered and lost his way a bit with the denying of the destination as USA, and in that regard I think he was in error.

It was good to hear FF and our Irish buddy put the issues of ASX announcements to them forcefully, and though it got a "noted" or two, I doubt we will get much movement on that. Antonio did claim the credit for this stance and as the Chair, I guess it's ultimately his call.

Sean does not present to a group well, which is a handicap in his position, but he is better, in my experience, and much less clunky, one on one.
He is driving his vision and whilst he is no show pony, I do think he is a good work horse.
As to whether we are on a profitable track, that is yet to be determined.
So far, and share price wise, which is of overwhelming importance to us, it is not performing.

But we are seeing some take up and the previous Tech roadmap was somewhat encouraging.
It also highlighted the need for constant and continuing innovation, which is best guided by continuing consultation with our still developing eco system and potential future clientele.

I wish Liebeskind would have made his presentation to us earlier than right before his vote, when he was clearly behind the eight ball given votes already cast. I thought him credible and did wind up voting for him even though I could see he wasn't likely to be successful.
I did this as a kind of non detrimental protest vote to boost his figures and perhaps give the current board some pause for thought.

There is obviously much they are privy too, that they cannot disclose publicly at this time.
This will always be the situation with an emerging tech company such as BrainChip.
It is easy to tar them with the lifestyle co meme and be disgruntled with their remuneration packages.
If it's all a con, we've done our dough.
If they are real, and the God's smile on us, we are maybe onto a multi bag winner.
I guess you choose to either believe in them or not.

Why didn’t you?
I attended the AGM the venue was very hostile that's what I felt. regarding re-domicile was mentioned and clarified but it kept coming so it became bit tense. And also the attack on Peter himself was sad to see and hear.
I am done with the forum to much personal attack and very negative.
on the last note i found the shape BRN. and pipe line its taking very positive.

Did they say something about the US market move?

Something like “we will hit 20 dollars until then” or something? Just curious holder here… nothing more!
What US market makes move? Apparently that announcement was posted by hackers from the PRC!

Glad I went to to my 1st AGM today and nice to meet a few of the fellow members here @MDhere @AusEire and Jess and to say hi to most of the brainchip representatives today, but disappointed that a few were missing when I think they should have attended.

Agree, it appears the $9 mill, 10 engagements with large multi nationals and another 20 or so with subsidiaries of those Fortune 500 companies has gone under the radar.
Also we have had more engagements in the past 5 months than in the entire prior history of the company combined.
Once holders settle down focus will return to those types of engagements plus the enormous potential of projected Tech advancements.
We're burning $26 million a year. My business generates $9 million in 6 months. If we are aiming for a market cap of at least a few billion, we're going to have to do a lot better than 9 million

Hi TD,

Thanks for posting the roadmap. I'm a bit surprised there hasn't been more discussion on this.

There are some pretty amazing targets there.

Q2:
GenAI compiler (programming tool)
Q3 -
TENNs vision models/configuration.
NLP

Starting in 2026:

Akida GenAI with 16/32-bit FP: that will give some serious CPU-style math processing capability with greater precision. This also caoability to handle third party open source SSM models without conversion to SSN while also providing the capability to process very large TENNs and SSM models.

(out to 2027)
Akida 3: Up to 16-bit integer and 32-bit FP will give even greater inference precision combined with the 32-bit FP processing precision. This can process the universal CNNs as well as SSMs, TENNs, and LLMs, and can be configured for "arbitrary topologies". This latter means it will be adaptable for yet to be developed functionality.

One of Akida 2's tricks which I hadn't noticed before is "branching" models. I guess this is a hierarchil arrangement which limits the following search:
Animal:
Cat, Dog, Elephant, ...
Persian, Siamese, Sylvester, ...
Sausage, Bulldog, Kelpie, ...
African, indian, Asian, ...

It also utilizes look-up-tables (LUTs) which can provide an analytical shortcut.

So, while maintaining the original 1-bit power parsimony, the trend is to more powerful and more flexible and adaptable chips with up to 32-bit FP capability. Clearly the company has set its eyes on markets beyond "4 Bits is Enough". I had thought the Akida 2 move to 8-bits was a concession to the industry's de facto standard. Are we looking to the cloud?

I did take a photo of the road map and think Sean did struggle with his talk, but seemed very confident with answering any questions that did come his way.

I thought the AGM was the best to date by far ,everyone was clearly shaken up which is understandable as we all new they would be attacked and rightly so.
Some great questions regarding presenting more at the ASX which I believe they will do moving forward when the next partners come on board this year.
I now for the first time feel we know we’re we stand as far as revenue this year and I believe we will also receive some good partnerships announced this year which will be the start of many more and will get the share price moving.
The hardest is behind us IMO. I am very happy with the team , unfortunately patients isn’t my fortay however at least we have real targets moving forward in many different verticals
Go brainchip

How will you do that? Suck it up, nothing you can do.

Well, you can sell and forget about BRN, that's about the only option you have for the next 12 month.
