Manny100 my question (and perhaps you asked this) is what exactly is a commercial relationship? If it's a commercial relationships where is the ASX announcement, or at the very least, where is the money? BRN have a great way of spinning things...

It means that the Marquee clients are still working with our product and we have a commercial business relationship with them. There is no certainty that these will turn into revenue but the fact that they are still with us is a good indicator.
They are aware that should any marquee clients drop off that they are obliged to alter the Why Invest' section of the website
Only bookings closure where revenue is certain can be ASX announced. Sean said in the quarterly he expects a substantial increase in bookings this year.
I suspect we will hear more about bookings on Tuesday at the AGM.
There will be questions about the bookings statement for sure. To put it in writing creates a legal obligation and a problem if investors rely on it to invest.

I’m not gonna lie. I need Sean to present something at the AGM to convince me that deals and revenue are coming this year. Antonio deflecting criticism by telling shareholders that one big deal with a tech giant will make us profitable over night is not going to go down well this year.

Answer: Traditional AI is still booming. Neuromorphic AI at the Edge is barely out of the starting blocks but exponential growth is expected.
ASX anns concerning US AFRL might not be large now but the DOD is transitioning to the Edge. There has been a significant increase in positive client news since Sept'24 and especially since Jan'25.
AKIDA is not an 'add in or bolt on' for improved performance its an entire new way of doing things. That can take a while for even the brightest people to get their head around.
The HC poster you referred to is a serial down ramper and has been for some time. The crapper is a haven for shorters and traders who try to get in as low as possible and sell on the regular bounces.
In the absence of news that gives a sustainable push for the SP i will not at this stage support the redomicile.

Dr. Jason K. Eshraghian was made a Scientific Advisory Board Member (SAB) of BrainChip in August 2024. I understand he has co-authored various papers on Intel's Loihi 2.

When I first heard him on an initial podcast, he didn't seem to know a lot about BrainChip's technology, but that could just be my remedial interpretation of his responses.

His role on BrainChip's SAB is supposedly to provide independent scientific advice and expert consultation to guide the company's research and development programs.

On the reverse, constantly posting speculative “upramp” content based on loose links to Akida doesn’t change the fact that meaningful revenue remains elusive. Until we see consistent delivery and clear commercial wins, optimism should be balanced with realism.

I think his post raises many valid points, and points out many failings of BRN management.

In the podcast, he seems to know exactly how TENNs work from around 08:20 min in.

He further talks about the importance of edge AI and CPU's aren't good for doing everything.

He expects great steps forward in edge AI in a couple of years (11 months ago!), seeing much more use cases and Akida will be a part of some of it, he is sure.
It will only avalanche from then on.

Fact is AKIDA was made commercial just over 3 years ago in Jan'22.
Not many would risk their brand on a never heard of, never before used product without serious testing - that is realism.
Doesn't Frontgrade and the US AFRL give you some confidence?
Although Bascom Hunter are 'risking' going all in on AKIDA - check out the Navy transition documents- they aim to be an Industry leader.
Sean Hehir has stuck his neck out saying in writing (see quarterly) that there will a significant increase in bookings this year.
Bookings = revenue
If that does not happen then there will be a problem.

It was meant to happen last year too.
