Seems ok to me when I opened the jobs avail. :)

Plus 5 more. Looking great Brainchip! That's alot of new extra jobs. Now we just need to pay for all these jobs.
Just my opinion, for a company that burns 1 million dollars every 14 days in running cost , a little more attention to detail wouldn’t go astray

It didn't say please it said expectation. This is probably a minimum so there is no beating around the bush of the role and responsibility.

I'm glad its there so the candidate can evaluate before applying if he has that can do attitude and ability to meet even the bear min target set.

There is no please or begging in that its to find the ones that have that mindset.

If I had all these abilities I would say to myself right I will show them I can deliver this and more, im the right fit and apply.

They are basically saying if you can't do this minimum don't apply.

Personally I like it.

That makes absolutely no sense what you’re saying. It’s obvious that in such a position, you’re expected to deliver results — in the form of deals or other revenue-generating agreements. What are they supposed to write? “We’re looking for someone who gets 500,000 shares every three months without doing anything”?

It would be enough if they just phrased it differently. And again, usually this is something that’s discussed during the interview — “Hey, you’ll receive this and that… but we expect this from you…” so you actually know what you’re getting in return for what’s being demanded.

BTW… there are numerous cases where companies post job listings even though they have no intention of actually filling those positions. These socalled “ghost jobs” or “fake job listings” are published for various strategic reasons..for example: creating an illusion of growth, pressuring overworked employees, building a talent pool, marketing and brand awareness, or internal political motives.
So, let’s wait and see what happens… do we actually have the budget for that many employees? 🤔
Should just go all out and advertise the CEO position now!

Might not make sense to you, but it makes sense to me.

Yeah, that bar’s basically on the floor at this point. One deal a year after 3.5 years into a 5-year plan? That’s not a strategy,
You’d expect momentum to be building by now, not coasting on minimal expectations.
I look at it differently. This salesman job is only a region. If they all sell just one we will have multiple deals.
It takes time to close deals. I don’t think a lot of holders understand to complexity of closing a deal with disruptive
technology that only a small sub group understand how to use it. Hence the learnings going on in multiple universities now.

Just a few examples how you could write it..

“Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth”
“Expected to build and manage a pipeline of potential clients”
“Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales quotas”

These are the kinds of formulations that someone who’s planning to give it their all will clearly understand. Stating in a job ad that you expect at least one deal to be closed within the first year comes across as a bit rigid and inflexible…especially if someone is familiar with BrainChip and thinks, “They haven’t managed to close anything in four years, but I’m supposed to deliver within one? Alright then… I’ll just slap on a salary expectation with a decent stock package and see if they agree.”

And then the complaining starts again: “We’re overpaying… We’re giving away too many shares to people who haven’t proven themselves…” and so on and so forth.

Nice to be listed on the Andes IP partner page too. Seems spelling / proof problems appears to be common in the tech industry though :ROFLMAO:

Another of our ecosystem partners from a while ago is there too...CEVA. Wonder if we're still working with them.
