Anyone flying from Brisbane or at Sydney airport at the same time that would like to catch up for a coffee on Tuesday for the AGM? View attachment 83283
Almost took that tues morning flight but was worried about delays etc so took the night before and staying a few days. Your home flight not until late so plenty of time for an Irish coffee (or beer) in Sydney :) Safe flight tuesday. You never know Dolci might be on your flight..

Thanks for posting. We need more videos like this from our company, actually explaining what they are currently doing. The interviewer here is correct, we need this technology to enhance our lives.

Thanks for posting. Most everything I skimmed and read I already generally knew. So I didn't find the response enlightening or revealing. No dis or slight meant toward you Five Bucks. I appreciate your effort.

However, I did come away with a question I would love for you to ask Gemini next. "Hello, please tell me how much electricity was consumed generating the massive answer and, or, how much coal was burned generating the response just given, and finally how much CO2 was released into the atmosphere as a result? "

Now THAT would be interesting,.....at least to me. We know the inquiries cost money and resources but do we know how much?

Regards, dippY
Very little effort required on my part 😂

The deep research model is quite amazing though. If someone is looking to research a new potential investment, it is a game changer. It produced a comprehensive report in 10 minutes.

Hi dippY,

Along with how much coal, I think you would also have to ask what type of coal.

From the USGS

" What are the types of coal?

There are four major types (or “ranks”) of coal. Rank refers to steps in a slow, natural process called “coalification,” during which buried plant matter changes into an ever denser, drier, more carbon-rich, and harder material. The four ranks are:

  • Anthracite: The highest rank of coal. It is a hard, brittle, and black lustrous coal, often referred to as hard coal, containing a high percentage of fixed carbon and a low percentage of volatile matter.
  • Bituminous: Bituminous coal is a middle rank coal between subbituminous and anthracite. Bituminous coal usually has a high heating (Btu) value and is used in electricity generation and steel making in the United States. Bituminous coal is blocky and appears shiny and smooth when you first see it, but look closer and you might see it has thin, alternating, shiny and dull layers.
  • Subbituminous: Subbituminous coal is black in color and is mainly dull (not shiny). Subbituminous coal has low-to-moderate heating values and is mainly used in electricity generation.
  • Lignite: Lignite coal, aka brown coal, is the lowest grade coal with the least concentration of carbon. Lignite has a low heating value and a high moisture content and is mainly used in electricity generation."
----------------------------------------------

I see The Donald recently announcing that the US had discovered a 5th type of coal.

* Beautiful clean coal

Benefits include no harmful affects in the way of CO2, air pollution or respiratory diseases.
Can't find much research on it but said to be formed from the fossilized remains of unicorn poop.

The hint of late receipt of $0.54m for engineering services is at least a mild improvement.

Some interesting questions that I have after yet another failure at delivering anything financially meaningful in this 4C.

How and why do they plan on trying to get support to move to the US when the business is clearly struggling to make money ?

At what point does the company pivot from the IP only model and take what ever business is available before we go broke ?

How soon will the board question our CEO’s leadership, no IP deals going on 3 years seems a bit far fetched to accept no matter how positive you are about the company’s “progress”.

Why are so many bright minds leaving our company for “greener pastures” ?

How does the CEO continue to accept an enormous salary package, without hesitation or compassion for shareholders wealth and continue to ask for more free shares for himself and the board ?

In many documented cases CEO’s and directors have accepted their lack of progress after failing to deliver on their own, publicly stated minestones by taking pay cuts and not accepting free shares to build shareholder confidence, why has this not been visited, is it a lifestyle company for directors ?

In any other profession if you continually failed to deliver meaningful revenue whilst spending comparatively massive amounts of money, over an extended period, you would most definitely be shown the door.

Happy to be corrected if I have stated information that is factually incorrect.

On a personal position, I would love to sell at this point but are currently unwilling to lock in a substantial loss.

As expected 🤷🏻‍♂️ another pump from gamblers etc… if they don’t bring out some massive news next few days… 🙋🏻‍♂️ adios 20 cent

We need a piece of news that renders the quarterly report irrelevant. That’s all… If not, we’ll continue to tremble like we have in recent years… only now with the added uncertainty of what will happen to our shares after a successful move into the U.S. market, and what the share price will be then

I'm personally voting for Mr Liebeskind to join as NED.

I'm surprised that the board is voting against him and encouraging shareholders to do the same... well, am I surprised??? I guess they don't want anyone to rock the boat.

I think this post from HC is really worthwhile (from someone who has spoken to Mr Liebeskind).

Mr Liebeskind also authorised Belkin to publish his email address so people can contact him directly.

It is - sliebeskind@sydneycapital.com.au

I'd encourage anyone with questions to email Mr Liebeskind directly.

We desperately need change we have the opportunity in front of us to at least try and implement some change.

I really like the fact that Mr Liebeskind has real skin in the game, paid for his shares with his own hard earned cash... He has the skills, and I think he would be good for BrainChip. I'd be happy to see him representing shareholders.
