According to google's Generative AI, if someone is a "substantial shareholder" in an ASX company, then "any subsequent changes in voting power of 1 percentage point or more must .... be disclosed." That would apply to PVDM presumably as well as others. So if he or any of them sold that amount of shares, we would know through an announcement on the exchange. (Assuming Generative AI and my interpretation of it are correct, which of course may not be the case.)I did ask him back if there were any reasons why this practice has been discontinued.
Can really speculate until the cows come home why, but I will miss my little quarterly exercise!
My first feeling is that PVDM has finally sold shares as he is very well entitled too. Tech may grill me for that, but that is the integral reason I would prefer. If not this, well... keeping more cards closer to chest I can only hope is for shareholder's benefit.
There is a way to view the changes though, I think you need a subscription to Bloomberg or one of the resources the instos have. Does anyone have access to this? I remember someone did post a recently a new large accumulator of BRN shares.
Cheers all
That could be because you can see how our co-shareholders think it would be great to be owned by a hedge fund, and you have realized (hopefully by now) what that says.

Or we always misunderstood and it’s not our PVDM 🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨I think they spelled PVDM's middle name incorrectly.
I do beleive it's Adrian, not Adrain...

My apologyClicking on ‘About the data’ in that link suggests it’s from Jan 2024
We currently have the most mature Neuromorphic technology. A turn-key investor is something we’ve been crying out for. I would be surprised if an investor would pick a company with tech that’s less evolved and more of risk? If I was making decisions for DIF investing opportunities in a nascent technology I would want to be certain that at least I chose the company with the best opportunity of bringing the technology to market in the current conditions. Now as far as the LDA thing goes maybe they need that for something more immediate? AIMO.I doubt it's us as we signed up for another $20M with LDA of the 7th Jan.
Sounds like these negotiations have been going on for a while??
Still good news that someone like this has recognised the potential.

************ TOP 20 REPORT ************
My brother lives in Sydney and works 140m from the Boardroom office.
He is going to drop by the office to inspect the share register this afternoon pending how he goes at work today, otherwise he will do it tomorrow.
I will share any findings here once he's reported back.
It seems as though he can ask for an electronic copy to be provided. If so, that'll be shared here too.
