To me, BRN is starting to look and sound like one of those online card game sites such as Cardzmaia that espouse stuff that is supposed to indicate they are genuine but, in reality, all they seek to do is relieve you of your money so they can be paid. I have been a believer and an investor in this tech since 2017 so have seen many ups and downs. If its true as the Chairman says that the CEO is regularly sitting in front of the big guys then I can reach only one conclusion. Either the tech is not really wanted by the market or the CEO is not capable of "doing the deal". I hope its the second of those and that, if so, the board has the integrity to do something about it.

When I was running AsiaPac for a US software company we got 2 quarters to meet our promises. And much of that involved bringing brand new products to market. I am prepared to accept that the board ticked off the CEO's 5 year plan but as shareholders we deserve to know how and whether the milestones are being met. Radio silence is not acceptable.
Yes it is getting hard to hold faith! I've recently re-listed to past AGMS, many podcasts and interviews and the fact is, what we have been told is happening or is about to be signed up has not. It's actually quite infuriating, as I actually believed the company and trusted what we were told.

So much for Sean and Antonio being be able to get in front of anyone in Silicon Valley. The fact remains, we can be all over X, LinkedIn etc, but why have we not signed any deals that resulted in game changing revenue??

So much for once the first deal is signed, it will be a snowball effect.

I really hope they pull something out of the bag, otherwise I fear my long held investment has been for nothing

It's beginning to feel like the old, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice......

At next AGM i just ask one simple thing before you vote remember these quotes from our failing CEO, The large imminent deal. The large Defence contact we are about to sign. I wonder what happened to both of those??? Trust in a CEO for a investor is the most important aspect, If we don’t have it and we don’t it’s time to vote him out. Sean is the little guy who cries wolf,it’s got to the stage everytime he opens his mouth the stock falls. As a new investor it’s not a good look, He is like a politician speaking about fixing crime just before an election, you know it’s all bush’s hit and that’s why you don’t vote for them. Please don’t listen to his shit no longer vote him out. We as investors will own 1/10th of this company it will be diluted that much before they turn a profit. He states he knows when the revenue will flow. Sean your full of shit!!! If it don’t happen before AGM and it can’t we just had the dismal 4th year in a row snapshot of nothing. Time is up ANOTHER STRIKE INBOUND. TIME TO GO SEAN.
Out of curiosity,
Would you sell out if the SP, in the next month or 2 puts you solidly in the green and makes a good return based on your 4 year wait? Honest question. And who else would.
Coz if you wouldn't then your a hypocrite....

NINTENDO …..New patient

US20250025779 - SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM

Abstract
A system includes a controller operated by a user and one or more processors. The controller includes a plurality of pressable buttons that are independent of each other, a first sensor that detects pressing of at least one of the buttons, and a second sensor that detects approach or contact of a finger of a user to at least one of the plurality of buttons. When a movement operation to sequentially approach or contact at least two buttons with the finger of the user is performed, the one or more processors perform first processing based on an order of the buttons approached or contacted in the movement operation.

From GPT:

Nintendo's patent (US20250025779) describes an innovative controller system that integrates gesture-based input recognition using a combination of mechanical buttons and sensors. This system is designed to detect both traditional button presses and touch-based gestures, allowing users to perform sequential interactions without physically pressing the buttons.

Technology and Sensors Involved

First Sensor (Mechanical Press Detection)
Detects button presses through mechanical switches or conductive rubber contacts.
Likely implemented using standard electrical contacts (e.g., conductive carbon pads on a PCB).
Second Sensor (Touch/Proximity Detection)
Detects when a finger approaches or lightly touches a button without pressing it.
Possible implementations include:
Capacitive Touch Sensors (similar to smartphone touchscreens).
Infrared Sensors (measuring reflected IR light for proximity detection).
Ultrasonic Sensors (using sound waves to sense distance).
Gesture Recognition via Sequential Button Interaction
The system detects ordered button touches to determine the intended input.
Supports clockwise vs. counterclockwise gestures for different actions.
Filters out accidental touches using timing thresholds.
Neuromorphic Potential

A neuromorphic processor like BrainChip Akida could significantly enhance this system. Unlike conventional processors, neuromorphic chips process events asynchronously, only activating when needed. This provides:

Power efficiency: No need for continuous polling of sensors.
Adaptive learning: The system could learn user-specific input habits over time.
Ultra-low-latency processing: Faster and more accurate gesture recognition.
Improved filtering: Better distinguishing between intentional gestures and accidental touches.

And now the share price falls again
This is not a fall in the accepted sense. This is engineered destruction by the cockroaches who dumped 2 lots of a million shares they borrowed
2.pm & 2.40 it push the sp down. Pricks. Yesterday they used the tariffs excuse to smack it down 12.3% . Today tariffs lifted (trump shits when Canada & Mexico tell him to FO) does the price come back. No of course not they want to smash it lower to make money shorting the hell out of it.

I think you've got how things played out, completely wrong in your mind, as far as the tarrifs are concerned and they were not lifted on Mexico and Canada, just paused for 30 days, at which time progress in border control, would have been reviewed.

How do you look at what was implemented by both Mexico and Canada, to secure their borders and come to the conclusion, that "they" are calling the shots??..

With everything that's happening at BrainChip, it's clear that we have a fairly solid floor around the 30 cent mark.

I've got a strong conviction, that we "are" in the Switch 2, but it seems, that this won't actually be announced, as there's no "reason" to?
It may well be a case, of 'watching the financials"..
Where have I heard that before 🤔..

Everything else, is steady as she goes, waiting on those Big IP announcements..

As a shareholder have you actually reached out to the company and aired your concerns, and I'm not referring to emailing Tony, I'm referring to ringing our US HQ directly and asking to speak directly to Sean in the first instance ? Nobody within Brainchip is unreachable, because I agree with some of your comments, but your complaints, as with other posters are directed to the wrong target audience, in my opinion.

Cheers...Tech (y)

So is BrainChip hiring the replacement? anyone on LinkedIn see it yet?
😔
The fact that Nvidia is poaching BrainChip staff, while not good for us, shows how good our people are.

So it's hugely positive in that sense.

Rudy is a gun, by all accounts, but it was clear to me, that he'd been "fishing" for a long time.

Let's just hope he laid his best Golden Eggs here and is now constipated.

Hmmmm Dingo, I wish I shared your optimism.
3 1/2 years has seen a lot, maybe the offer was as they say, "too good to......"
Not a negative Nancy by any stretch, just wish I had more than "hope" as you mention.
Agree, he seems like a clever dude, so "hope" he was strategically poached, and takes his amazing experiences with brainchip to integrate with Nvidia.

One would think he will take his respect with him for BRN and help position a spot for us over there in some new development
