Yes, but we can’t always blame others. We have a superior product recognized by professionals, best-in-class partners, the U.S. Air Force, and so on. We can’t keep seeing a rise before the quarterly reports and a dump right after. All the news about our products is positive, and market predictions are increasingly optimistic. So where’s the problem? We also can’t always blame everything on a lack of sales. On the stock market, they say people trade the future. Don’t get me wrong—I’m definitely positive and invested for the long term. But it’s getting frustrating that we constantly play into the hands of the short sellers.

It had been more than 4 years since megachips signed an IP with brainchip, before that they experiment a lot with the technology and even after signing an IP, they are instrumental in a lot of changes for brainchip ip. Nintendo is their biggest customer.
Even after spending so much money and effort if they cannot incorporate akida into switch 2 that will mean a question mark on megachips and brainchip's business acumen!

I think we were all caught of guard by the CR to instos last year, given how confident Sean and the BoD were at the AGM. I'm a fan of the LDA model but it needs sustained news flow to work as a call can last up to 2-3 mths. Was lack of news the reason Sean went for the CR over LDA? who knows.

I doubt a single announcement (unless it's huge) will keep our SP above 50c. We need to show the market that we are making money now and not 2 years down the track. So to hit and stay at 50cents I think we need a couple of IP deals signed and a positive 4C in the 2-3 months of the call period.

What might our next 4C look like?

* €190,000 from Frontgrade Gaisler and Airbus Defence and Space (as per Sept 2024 4C)
* €150,000 from ESA Discovery Open Space Innovation Platform. (FG IP announcement)
* $USD??? from U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory. (AFRL will begin making milestone payments in January 2025.)
* $100,000 from Bascom Hunter (Dec 4C)
* Edge box sales

Depends on what we get from AFRL but call it $150,000 ($1.8M divided by 12 mths). Should see us over $600,000 USD for the quarter and possibly higher depending on the AFRL payment.

As for news flow, there is the subcontractor to be named. Could be a double edged sword, even if it's a big name, we are paying them. No idea how the market may react? And we will need some 7 figure IP deals!!!

Timing for the next call?? Late Feb, more likely early March. The event calandar is full at that time as well (feeds in to news flow for the market)

Until then.......the SP will do what the SP does.
