Top 5 Autonomous Vehicle Companies We Recently Studied

Mobileye
....
Nvidia
...
Qualcom
...

Valeo

Valeo is a Tier One supplier that supports OEM customers in their autonomous vehicle ambitions. The French company provides end-to-end autonomous driving development applications up to L2+.

And when it comes to specific components needed for self-driving cars, Valeo can support L3 to L4, which allows the company to maintain its position as a cooperative—not a competitive—partner.

Part of the reason why Valeo is a leading autonomous vehicle platform provider is because of the firm's expertise in sensing technology. To remain relevant to L3 and L4 applications, Valeo focuses on market-leading Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) solutions and autonomous parking. LiDAR serves as a must-have tertiary sensor for unsupervised automation. Furthermore, Autonomous Valet Parking (AVP), a low-hanging fruit use case for driverless cars, is also supported by Valeo.

Like Waymo, Valeo scored well in our software platform maturity category (9/10), highlighting the company’s long-serving existence in the Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) market. For example, Valeo will produce another 9 million front camera systems in 2023 on top of the 13 million camera systems it has already produced to date.

Moreover, Valeo is a top player in the parking assistance and low-speed autonomous maneuvering space, in addition to the company’s leading role in LiDAR technoloheadquartered

Wow. Thanks for sharing that. He’s an absolute genius.

I’m so glad Brainchip has bought the JAST rules as they seem fundamental to his SNN approach so hopefully that give us some copyright protection/ownership of future competition in this field.

I only skimmed through it as I’m time poor at the moment but it is fascinating.

Still hopeful NVIDIA or similar decide to use Akida to reduce the power usage for processing CHATGPT or similar so it can be used on smaller devices at less cost and it’ll be really beneficial for humanity.

This job description could give the impression that this company is interested in the development of a commercial chip and no longer just in research....

".....
Our goal is to exploit neuromorphic and related non-von Neumann architectures to solve real-world problems with orders of magnitude gains versus the best known conventional solutions in applications ranging from cloud to edge based systems.

As a senior researcher, you will prototype hardware-aware neuromorphic algorithms for use on real-world applications in partnership with external customers. You will be part of a diverse international team of engineers and researchers working together on our mission to demonstrate the commercial value of our technology. Your day to day work may range from designing new projects, gathering requirements for customer use cases,

Hi Dippy

Did tech reply back to this post? I don’t recall seeing a response.

Cheers
The pope

Pope (and TECH)

No, .....I'm disappointed to say that TECH didn't reply back with respect to his specific use of the January 1 2025 date.

It cannot be a Nasdaq listing celebration because the Nasdaq is closed that day.

Let me opine that TECH was likely suggesting that in a bit more than a year and one half Brainchip will be making significantly more revenue than it ever has and that our stock price will be significantly higher as a result. His citing the January 1 day is probably nothing more than a symbolic turning of a calendar page into the year 2025 when the revenue floodgates really open up.

Maybe that is his planned retirement date,...Or maybe that is when he plans to attend the iconic Rose Parade in person in Pasadena, CA.
Who knows?

I'm still curious though. I'd love to hear what he has to say in lieu of me putting words in his mouth, so to speak.

Regards, dippY

All in my opinion,....no investment advice intended.

More from the 9 million microprocessors-shipping-per-day Renesas! 🤑 Their new Quick-Connect Studio looks impressive. https://www.renesas.com/us/en/software-tool/quick-connect-studio

Quick-Connect Studio is an online, cloud-based design platform that enables users to graphically build hardware and software to quickly validate prototypes and accelerate product development. With Quick-Connect Studio, engineers can visually drag and drop device and subsystem blocks on the Cloud to build their solution. The platform automatically generates, compiles, and builds software to enable no-code development. Users can build a full solution in the cloud and quickly deploy to hardware in less than 10 minutes. Quick-Connect Studio is built on the Quick-Connect IoT platform, which features industry-standard interfaces for designers to seamlessly connect and expand beyond Renesas.

The company investing money into this can only be great for low power edge AI/ML partner like Brainchip.

Not sure if this was posted either.

Brainchip's continued growth is this growth-rocket field is fascinating. 🔜🔝💲

This is a nicely done IBM presentation on an important concept. I am not sure 90 days ago if I had ever heard of: Generative AI.
8 minutes, no commercials.

What are Generative AI models?

Just watched the latest Ciovacco video. Last week's "Inflection Point" video was followed up with a strong bullish move - but in its early stages - that most probably will continue. Ciovacco speaks to probabilities not predictions, and the current move increases the probability of further bullish gains.

View attachment 33455

The S&P has broken to the upside, giving greater confidence to further moves.

Similar strong move with Semiconductors......

View attachment 33456

These aren't predictions, just improving odds of stronger moves to come.

The Ciovacco Capital weekly Saturday Morning video is A+. Thanks for sharing. Great to keep up on the market as a whole, all 9 core sectors, and semiconductors. 💠

Another finance/economics knowledge passing winner, with nice charts, and a little humor is below. He is sharp; I aways learn. 👨‍🎓

Interesting to note the spike in LinkedIn followers in January

I have monitored since March 2022 and January 2023 is the highest total of new followers since May 2022 - likely a result of the mid December Intel Foundry Services announcement

I think LinkedIn is a decent gauge of BrainChip brand proliferation amongst industry professionals

With 468 new followers in the month, March 2023 proves that BrainChip continues to gain momentum among industry professionals - usurping the previous highest total of 431 back in May 2022*

I like this stuff. Thanks sir.

Perhaps one of these soft stats is very important. Not sure which one?

- Brainchip twitter followers
- Youtube followers
- Google trends numbers
- Percentage of institutional ownership, etc, plus there are others.

I wonder what is most important in this puzzle? 🧩🧩🧩

Everything seems positive, up trending, perfect for a Long-Term Investor like myself. 🚀

Below, the Telsa Chief Artificial Intelligence superstar, explains how they are transitioning all aspects to Neomorphic Software Solutions. He talks about all the C++ code that now is migrating to the weights of the Spiking Neomorphic Model. 🎡

It just boosts and backs the entire Brainchip SNN focus. It is super to hear the brightest and best explain software's future.

Brainchip is on the right path! 🐾🐾

Just thinking about Brainchip boosting. It is on the open web, the ChatGPT version 4x, 5x crawlers will eat the text!

This text goes into the next version of ChatGBT.

Everything we are posting to help build the smarts of humanity! 🎁💝 I like it myself.

There are some smart people here! The knowledge shared will help future generations.
