Renesas is the number three supplier of MCU’s to the automotive sector and well ahead of Bosch which everyone has likely heard of.

However it seems clear that we need a motion at the AGM requiring Brainchip to cancel any IP licences not sold directly by Brainchip.

Apparently there is something wrong with those being sold by MegaChips on Brainchips behalf.

We only want customers buying their IP licences direct from Brainchip so the sales have to be announced on the ASX.

We don’t care about the money we just want the feel good factor.

I think we only need five hundred shareholders to request such a motion.

It’s just not good enough that Brainchip is allowing customers who want confidentiality to sign up via MegaChips.

We want Brainchip to double their sales and engineering staff, even triple them if necessary to make this happen.

The idea of keeping staff numbers low minimising overheads so that profit on IP sales and royalties can run to as high as 97% is a ludicrous idea.

All this sort of business plan will lead to is the payment of dividends early in the commercialisation process and who wants that.

I agree, we do not want others having the ability to in effect sub licence. We lose control of Brand security. We do not want to risk Brand damage.
Having said that maybe it was the only way Mega chips would sign up???

We would do anything to help people in any emergency situation and people should never hesitate to call 000

Well the dispatcher was quite dismissive just now when I called about the current share price emergency lol

Would be great to see some broker data. If anyone has access to see if retail are selling and if instos are buying. I think Dolci use to post over on the other site. Can anyone assist?

Dolci the biggest fraud ever.

Yes!

I'll sign for the motion FactFinder!

With over 40000 shareholders, 500 should be a cinch 😉

4,371,903 new Shorts on the ASX for Monday 13th March.

Wonder how many taken today and dropped in the Market? See tomorrow I guess.

As can be seen by the following data from the ASX it would seem that the SHORT Positions have not been reduced lately even with a significant drop in the Share price.

Friday - 10th March 2023 ASX Market report of Outstanding Borrowed Positions.
BRNBRAINCHIP HOLDINGS LTDFPOGross outstanding Borrowed132,261,631Net outstanding Borrowed98,526,567Net outstanding Borrowed as a % of MC5.58%

Yak52
The shorters at this rate will be the major share holder shortly at this rate.

And you know who else uses Arm architecture? Apple does to power every Apple computing product, unless the article below is incorrect. 🍏

And thanks to Renesas we know Akida can now seamlessly integrate with the Arm Cortex-M85 processor available as part of Armv8.1M architecture. So why wouldn't Apple want to get in on this action?

Anyway someone from Apple is probably going to be very interested in Renesas who is to present the first live demonstrations of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) implementations (in other words AKIDA inside) on an MCU based on the Arm Cortex-M85 processor at the embedded world 2023 Exhibition and Conference in Nuremburg, Germany from March 14-16.

This is a snippet from the announcement.

Incorrect! Shorters do not own the underlying assets. They are borrowed shares and hence must be returned at some point.

Yes Lithium batteries are not safe Still a good one on asx is ATC making salt based batteries I have a small amount invested in these guys because like Brainchip they are the future too! Vlad
Well although we shouldn't cross promote, every now and then is ok right? :) PPk are doing sulphur batteries. LIS energy is at Deakin near my house. I'm heavily invested there, they are currently worth less than their book value. Certainly worth a look, down from $21!!!!

I know, just stating at this rate they will owe a total of maybe over 150 millions shares which they are only borrowing and owing 150 million share would probably make ‘‘em the top holders

Plumerai partnered with Renesas Electronics and enables Plumerai People Detection with 13 fps on a microcontroller! This greatly outperforms any other MCU solution.

We achieved this result by combining the new Renesas Helium-enabled Arm Cortex-M85 with Plumerai People Detection AI. And instead of relying on Arm CMSIS-NN we optimized the Plumerai Inference Engine for Helium and gained an additional 2.7x speedup.

This is an exciting combo, check out what these two Arm ecosystem partners have built

Looks like the shorters are coming after WBT

View attachment 32113
Probably why they gone quite on the other side and if I was a holder of WBT knowing what I know now about how they have brought down BRN, I’d be selling out
