At times like this, we need to show a touch of empathy.

I‘m happy for those here who (like me) were early to the party and purchased stock for bargain basement prices. I’m happy for those here who (like me) had / have the wherewithal to build handsome parcels by trading the ups ‘n downs of our battler’s share price. I’m happy for those here who can use the current situation to purchase more and more stock as the price continues to tumble.

But share a thought for those who purchased stock for a dollar or more, on the back of exuberant public comments made by our battler’s directors and senior executives, some that were made when most of the headwinds the global economy is facing were well known.

As our battler’s share price tumbles down and down and down, I believe there would be many people who for very personal and individual reasons of their own, could no longer / can no longer hold on to a stock, they (like us) know is gunna knock our socks off one day soon.

Please don’t lambaste these people…please show them a little respect…please show them a little empathy.
Brainchip did not even announce a word regarding Mercedes. But it was Merc who announced that they plan to use akida for their concept car.
On top there is no asx announcement by brainchip on that matter.
Pls keep your facts right.

Bravo

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
It says here that STMicroelectronics use the Arm Cortex M85 for their high performance MCUs and MPUs and they previously announced deals with Microsoft and Amason to connect the microcontrollers to the cloud.

Renesas is the number three supplier of MCU’s to the automotive sector and well ahead of Bosch which everyone has likely heard of.

However it seems clear that we need a motion at the AGM requiring Brainchip to cancel any IP licences not sold directly by Brainchip.

Apparently there is something wrong with those being sold by MegaChips on Brainchips behalf.

We only want customers buying their IP licences direct from Brainchip so the sales have to be announced on the ASX.

We don’t care about the money we just want the feel good factor.

I think we only need five hundred shareholders to request such a motion.

It’s just not good enough that Brainchip is allowing customers who want confidentiality to sign up via MegaChips.

We want Brainchip to double their sales and engineering staff, even triple them if necessary to make this happen.

The idea of keeping staff numbers low minimising overheads so that profit on IP sales and royalties can run to as high as 97% is a ludicrous idea.

All this sort of business plan will lead to is the payment of dividends early in the commercialisation process and who wants that.

Lithium batteries are causing a lot of trouble for us at work lately ( I’m a firefighter) once they crack it causes a thermal runaway.

That looks a lot more than .01% of that Tesla.😂🤣😂 It does not look like it exploded as such so most likely had plenty of time to get out.🤞

I asked TD about what process we could expect next with ARM. He responded:

I pressed TD about whether that would possibly mean multiple ASX announcements with ARM and he replied:

let's hope for multiple ASX announcements with ARM clients. That would get our SP blasting off!

Well then a possible future direct licensee of ARM IP together with BrainChip IP based on what we have heard lately and what is likely to be demonstrated at the next tech expo will be Renesas to mass produce the MCU they have been slating will use a Cortex M85 and will need some AI specific hardware to go with it.

Reminds me of a thermal runaway that we once created on a military cadet camp in high school. One night, we decided it was a great idea to throw a magnesium battery from a PRC-77 backpack style radio into the fire. That certainly turned night into day for a brief moment.

If I was in Brainchip's shoes, I believe I would want the bulk of the customers signing licences with us through an intermediary such as Megachips. In doing so it eliminates the need to be transparent with the ASX about contract details about the financial specifics of said deal.

If someone has ever been involved in part of a multimillion dollar business deal, they would likely know it is unwise to let other customers / suppliers know the inner workings of a deal as it can work against you in future negotiations with other parties. The revenue however would speak for itself in the quarterlies.

Car dealers would be operating under very slim margins if they had to sell each car model at the absolute BEST price they have ever negotiated with a customer. In the real world - you earn more on some deals, you earn less on others.

The downside of this behind closed doors approach of course, is that we don't get the bragging rights and the skyrocketing SP based on a potential household name signing the dotted line in an official announcement. Instead, we would get appropriate SP re-rates based on revenue increases each quarter. The vibe I get from Tony Dawe's replies that some posters who have generously shared on this forum, is that he would personally like to see an IP licence announced officially as soon as possible. Maybe the company's executives share his view, maybe they don't. I don't care which way they play it to be honest, both seem favorable to me.

If a person is inclined to panic when the share price of a company they are invested in falls, I believe that it is better for them to review the fundamentals of the company than to fall into the trap of automatically defaulting to a stance whereby they lay blame on the management of the said company. It seems to me to be counter productive to unnecessarily criticize the management of a company in which one holds shares in assuming that one wants to make a profit from their investment. This is my humble opinion. This post is not directed at anyone.
Well said Slade 👍

This Company is busting it's balls to be successful, so we can all go along for the ride.

Everybody, wants to see the results now, but that's just not how it works.

I'm at the stage now, where the share price is immaterial.

Would it be nicer to see the share price at 60 cents, 70 cents, 80 cents, 90 cents or a dollar or more again?

Of course!

Roll out the green babies!

Would I be selling any shares at any of those prices or above, unless I absolutely had to?

Hell no!

That's why the share price means little to me at the moment and it's just a case of how many will I have, before this thing really gets going..
Because when it does those selling points and higher, will be silly.

If BrainChip and AKIDA, live up to their "promise" what kind of Company will we be in a few years time?..

One that you would want to "sell out" of??

Of course it's a possibility, that it will never happen and all the unmistakable traction we are seeing, will all be for nought.

We live in a society, where everybody wants everything on demand, instant gratification..

Rome wasn't built in a day and all that jazz..
